Anciennement connu sous le nom de «Cottage de lune de miel», «At Last! est l'une des maisons de plage emblĂ©matiques qui bordent la cĂŽte de Seaside, en Floride. Vous ne serez pas plus prïżœïżœs de la plage que lorsque vous sĂ©journerez dans ce cottage d'une chambre magnifiquement mis Ă  jour!

Récemment rénové et hors du commun, ce 1 chambre / 1. Ce cottage indépendant de 5 salles de bains propose un hébergement romantique pour vous et vos proches avec une vue panoramique sur l'océan depuis votre balcon privé.

Le niveau principal comprend une chambre double avec tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat, laveuse et sĂ©cheuse, salle de bain privĂ©e avec douche en marbre et vĂ©randa infĂ©rieure privĂ©e. À l’étage supĂ©rieur, vous trouverez un salon spacieux avec un canapĂ©-lit, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, une cuisine amĂ©ricaine avec un petit rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, un four Ă  micro-ondes et une demi-baignoire.

House was adorable and quaint! Comfy King bed with full bath and screened in porch on 1st floor. Stairs up to living room, small kitchen and gorgeous bed swing and high top table. The view was imaculate! Stocked with heaters that we could put through out if needed. All I would recommend is maybe a couple of extra blankets :) We will be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great! Only issue is the rental agency wants you to check in late, 4pm, and check out early, 10am, and is fairly inflexible. So, if your flying, be prepared to kill time with a long lunch on either side of your trip.

Great location and beautiful weather. The property needs some attention. Ice maker was not working even after 3 service calls. Dishwasher needed a re-set. TVs need to be updated. Window air conditioner is duck taped. Ceiling in den needs repair. To charge the rates that you do for the property, some updates and repairs need to take place.

Weekend Get Away

We came for a weekend away after a hectic beginning of the year. This was the perfect location! Walk out to the beach, walk into town, and a quick drive to any other area along 30A. The cottage was perfect for us, easy check in and communication with hosts, easy check out. The perfect deck was amazing for getting breakfast to go and enjoying out there. Same for watching sunsets. This was the best!!

The balcony over-looking the beach/ocean is one of the best things about it. THe table & chairs and the railings need some work--they are falling apart.THe closets are short,so if you have long dresses or men's jackets, they don't fit.The window air conditioner in the bedroom is VERY noisy--every time it kicks on, it wakes you up.I also had a 2-inch cockroach crawl across my face one night. I swept it away--jumped out of bed to grab my phone light to find it. It was under my pillow. I captured it with toilet paper and smashed it--those suckers are hard to kill!Had to buy additional hangers for room and kleenex for each bath, because those weren't provided.I like the cottages because of their location, but I'll pick a different one next time.

If that is a problem then this is not the cottage for you. We really enjoyed it. The cottage was clean and housekeeping was great with bringing more towels. There were some ants in the bedroom on bottom floor but not that it was a nuisance. The view was wonderful and it is right next to the beach access.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I took a 10 year anniversary trip here by ourselves. We loved the location and design of the About Time cottage and we love Seaside! This cottage was in mediocre condition, and we were slightly disappointed. The bathroom cabinet had some kind of black dusty substance stained on it, the towel rack was broken, and the place just needed some general maintenance. There is no washer/dryer which we knew ahead of time, but there was a space in the “closet” where they used to be. It was crowded with a shelf, cleaning supplies, etc making the space completely unusable. There was not a place to hang full length clothes because of this. To top off our stay, the place was infested with ants. Not just a few here and there, they were everywhere. We were given some Raid spray to help, but it did nothing to solve the issue. It was explained that there had been an abnormal amount of rain which makes pest issues worse. I get that, but this was not just a small issue. It needed several treatments back to back in order to get rid of them. We were given a discount because of our experience which we very much appreciate. We were just hoping for a better overall experience.

The swing on the porch with view of the beach was one of our favorite spots to be. It is steps from the beach entrance. There wasn’t a washer and dryer so heads up on that.

The full bath had mold around the shower door, the couch in the living room was covered in stains and sugar ants in the kitchen. This was our first stay in Seaside and this property was perfect. We wanted to rest and relax and the porch checked all the boxes; it was wonderful, with a straight view of the beach. We will be back.

There were photographers there every night taking family photos.. The beach here is stunning, clear water and white soft sands.. Staff on the beach was friendly. The lower porch is very secluded and there is a lot of nice landscaping with thick canopies. We enjoyed our time inside, although it took us forever to find the source of a faint beeping noise that never stopped. (A motion activated trash can). It wasn’t emaculate there, a few stains here and there and dust, but nothing to cry about. And the bed was so comfy. You’re also welcomed with a bottle of wine and a lovely beach bag for your stay. I’d come back here for sure and would recommend this little gem.You’re also in walking distance of a lot of shops and a variety of food. It seems a lot of families ride their bikes to get around, and we were offered two free bikes as well for our time here.

Although HC did a great job cleaning the unit as best as possible, the owners need to renovate and replace worn out/broken amenities. Granted, sand is like sandpaper on floors and carpeting and can’t be avoided, but there were large, multiple stains on couches, gross brown stain on porch swing (the other side was torn and ripped), two bedroom dressers that had rusted drawers so we had to line them with plastic grocery bags so we didn’t ruin our clothes. The dryer knob was broken so we couldn’t control the heat. Advertised as a beautiful Seaside rental, but the condition didn’t live up to what was expected based upon the description and marketing pictures. Bathroom(s) and mini kitchen were in great shape. The first time in approximately 15 visits to Seaside over the years where we ran into a unit in such poorly maintained condition. There are too many weekly rentals along the 19 mile stretch of 30A to choose a unit that is poorly maintained by owners.
