Our villa is located in a very quiet, well-kept, family-friendly and safe residential area. Loud music, parties/events or similar are not allowed.

We're looking forward to nice guests who appreciate our house and show respect for the neighbors.

The furnishing is modern and for the benefit of allergy sufferers we have no carpets, all rooms are with tiles. Rug can be removed, of course.

The kitchen is equipped with cookware, utils and so on, food and drinks are not included - unless the previous guest has left something, you can use it.
Usually you always find salt, pepper, spices, flour, sugar, noodles, tea, coffee and so on. We recommend: Check what is there, before buying stuff.

Towels, bed linen, beach towels are avaible during your stay.
Soap and toilet paper (for the first days) are available, further needs you’ve to buy by yourself.

Detergents / cleaning supplies, drugstores and cosmetics are not included, but usually you'll find a lot of things in the cabinets.
Further needs we recommend to buy at Dollar Tree.

Vacuum cleaner, wiper and bucket are avaible.

Children/Babies are welcome!

Guest access
You can use the whole house. Only one closet and a few cabinets are provided for the property management and the cleaning team. In the garage are some closed cabinets as well, thanks for your understanding.

Other things to note:

Power
The Price for power is US$ 5.00 per day. But this is NOT for the electric pool heater.
If you want to use the pool heater, please text me for more information. The costs are up to the outside temperature and the pool temperature you want to have. The average costs for the pool heater are US$ 10 per day.

BBQ
We have 2 BBQ's which you can use: Electric and propane.
If you use them: Please clean them!

We don't charge a fee for using the propane grill. But we ask guest to buy the propane by themselves. If the previous guest left propane, you can use it, of course. The next guest will be happy as you, if the bottle isn't completely empty.
