Our overall impression of the condo was wonderful. It was clean, beautiful, and not too modern to be cozy. It was a perfect place to rejuvenate after watching football all day.

Clean, well outfitted, and convenient.

This place had everything. It was clean, well outfitted, and the complex had two pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, picked ball courts, a basketball court, and shuffleboard. It was really convenient to IMG and the beaches. It looked a little dated on the website, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Great Shorewalk Unit

Unit was nicely updated, clean and had anything and everything you need. All sort of kitchen gadgets and supplies, beach chairs, beach towels, beach bags, umbrella, just about anything you may need for any reason. Good location with nice pond view and only a short walk to pool, clubhouse and other activities. Would recommend and we would stay here again.

Beach Vacation

We had a great stay at this property! It was very well managed and the amenities were fantastic. The location was perfect for trips to the beach, St Pete’s, Tampa, etc. We did have an issue with the AC but it was fixed within hours of reporting it ! And considering the area was in the middle of a heat wave that was quite impressive . I would highly recommend!

Staying for tennis academy

We stayed for a week while my daughter was at tennis academy. Perfect location - we had everything we needed. Just a note: the clubhouse requires reservations for just about everything, including the barbecue grill, so plan ahead if you intend to use any of the amenities.

Great unit!

We already loved the location and were very fortunate to find this beautiful condo to rent! Not only was it beautifully decorated, but it had everything you may need: complete kitchen dinnerware, cooking pots, utensils etc., beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella,. Beach bags, extra towels and linens. This owner has gone out of their way to make sure that your stay is enjoyable! We’ve already booked for next year!

Nice clean 2BD/2BA unit in Sarasota/Bradenton

Nice clean 2BD/2BA unit in Sarasota/Bradenton. We were there 1 week for a soccer tournament at the Premier Soccer Complex in Lakewood. IMG Academy is Âœ mile away. Very clean and spacious unit. 2 Bedrooms with plenty of closet space, beds comfy, and plenty of pillow/blankets. 2 bathrooms were clean and updated/modern. Kitchen has everything you can want and has been updated (granite, cabinets, etc). Stackable washer/dryer unit worked well; some detergent was provided. The outdoor patio area is small, but screened in (good for bugs) and overlooks a pond. This unit is at the end of a building away from the street, never heard cars/street or neighbors. There are 2 grocery stores, a Publix and Albi about 4 blocks away. Unit was easy to access with the door key code lock (we arrived at 10:00pm). The 2 pools and club house area are a 1-2 minute walk from the unit. There were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella left on the patio (we added a 3rd chair)
 nice touch for going to the numerous beaches. The beaches are only 10-15 minutes away (5-8 miles); traffic can be slow depending on time of day. We found Bradenton / Cortez and Coquina beaches to be the best (10 mins away / closest and had ample parking)
 we went to Siesta Key beach one day (IMO avoid as it is so crowded and nothing special). Lido beach is also a nice option. Unit is 15 minutes away from the SRQ/Sarasota airport. Internet worked well. TV (Cable/Roku) worked very well. Overall this is a great unit (clean and completely updated) – the price was right and we would stay here again if we were in the area again.

Condo was clean and had all that we needed to stay for 5 days. Area is quiet and had no problems. Will stay again when we return to Brandenton. We left fishing poles for the next guest.
