We understand the elevator was out of service during your stay, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Prior to your arrival, we had been advised that the repair was expected to be completed by the end of January, and without further updates, we were under the impression it had been resolved. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and we regret the impact it had on your stay.
