• Wonderfully located duplex bungalow, you will have full access to the private right side

• We take pride in the cleanliness of our beach home
• Nice queen size air mattress available if needed
• Washer & Dryer with detergent provided
• Sheets and bath towels will be provided, please bring your own beach towels.

• 1 mile to Pier Village
• The location is so good that you could go your entire stay without moving your car.

You can easily walk to several restaurants (Crab Daddies, Crab Trap, Beachcombers BBQ, the market, liquor store, beach access, and more).

Island activities include: Beach, Golf, Fishing, Paddle boarding, Kayaking, Biking, excellent shopping, restaurants, movie theater, etc.

The thing we loved most about this bungalow was the location. It was so close to the beach and we were able to walk to dinner too! The place was cute and comfortable and perfect for a friends’ getaway.

Nice little bungalow

This bungalow was affordable, and convenient to everywhere. It was just a short 2 blocks to the beach. The furnishings were lovely. We spent 7 days exploring the golden isles and decided it wasn't long enough! The property manager is responsive should you need anything.

I am an outgoing individual that has become passionate about traveling over the last decade! I am originally from Tennessee, and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in mechanical engineering. After that I moved to St Simons Island and have fallen in love with the place.

I take pride in providing excellent travel experiences, so if you book with me expect high service and quality, local recommendations.

A few hobbies include golfing, triathlons, boating, beaching, snowboarding, scuba, hiking and really anything outdoors!

I am a well traveled Airbnb guest and know what a host should do to create a comfortable guest experience. My favorite countries visited include: Australia, Germany, and Croatia. As an avid cyclist my favorite trip was a cross country cycling trip to raise money for people with disabilities. Golden Gate Bridge -> Washington D.C.

Be sure to ask me about the best island food, golf, and adventures. I will provide great ideas!

This is truly one of the best neighborhoods on St. Simons, and most guests do not move their car after arrival. You can walk to the beach, some of the best restaurants on the island, as well as a brewery, and bike/kayak rental shop.
