We offer cozy rooms equipped with everything you need to rest and recharge from your daily activities. Fresh linens and all essentials are provided to ensure a comfortable and restful sleep. Centralized AC keep bedrooms and entire place with a nice comfortable temperature with the exception of single bedroom which has a window unit.

There is one full bathroom stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer to save you space in your suitcase.

☆ KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ☆
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel at home.

You can use the dining area in the kitchen, there is also a wooden table to make yourself comfortable.

The living room has cable TV, small table and a big couch capable of accommodating your wonderful family.

The backyard is fully fenced, includes a fire pit and BBQ charcoal grill. There are enough chairs to allow you all to spend time around the fire while enjoying time together.

There is also a small outdoor shower close if needed.

This bungalow is a side-by-side duplex with no shared space or amenities. The A side has its own laundry, private back patio and entrance.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at St. Augustine, Beachtown Bungalow - A you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.

HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $125 which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.

You must be 25 or older to book this home.

Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.
