Vous avez découvert l'inscription d'un luxueux condo d'une chambre au 6e étage. Comptoirs en granit, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, planchers de tuiles, salle de bain en travertin, deux téléviseurs à DEL de 40 pi.

Le plan d'étage pratique permet une vue imprenable sur la baie de l'océan et les montagnes de West Maui depuis chaque chambre, on peut littéralement regarder les baleines tout en restant au lit (les baleines ne sont pas incluses)

Chacune des chambres dispose d'une entrée indépendante sur une grande véranda commune (balcon).

Les commodités du condo comprennent la climatisation centrale (les deux chambres), Internet sans fil, le cùble, une place de parking dédiée, un lit king-size avec un matelas en peluche de luxe. Pour les invités supplémentaires, nous pouvons offrir un canapé pliable et / ou des matelas pneumatiques queen-size.

Les installations de Kauhale Makai (Hawaiian for Village by the Sea) incluent des jardins manucurĂ©s, une piscine, une piscine pour enfants peu profonde, un bain Ă  remous, un jeu de palets, un green, des barbecues extĂ©rieurs bien entretenus, une laverie Ă  piĂšces au mĂȘme Ă©tage, un ascenseur , conciergerie.

We loved our time at this rental near Kihei. Great view, super clean inside, nice pool and spa. Kihei has many good, reasonably priced restaurants to enjoy. Short drive each day for various snorkeling beaches. For sure would stay here again if we're lucky enough to come back to Maui.

This is centrally located in Kihei with Pool, Jacuzzi access . Everything is well thought and pantry, bathroom were cleaned and fully stuffed. Michael has provided snorkeling equipment, beach chair, surf boards, umbrellas etc in the closet near to bathroom. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent location

The view from the balcony was great and we spent a lot of time out there. Location was excellent, close to several lovely beaches and to restaurants. It was a decent space, but perhaps could use some sprucing up to bring it closer to a “luxury “ condo. Also, a regular size coffee maker would be very helpful and some potholders. All in all we enjoyed our stay here.

We loved the view from the balcony. The space was perfect for the two of us. It was nice that you could easily drive to shops and restaurants in Kihei. We would stay here again.

Amazing View

No complaints. Everything was perfect, kids enjoyed the pool and beach. Turtles right on the beach out back and the beach wasn’t over crowded like others.

Great location and great communication

The management was very responsive and helpful. The location was great, too. Very convenient access to the beach, and very nice views. The only suggestion I have is to provide a better and larger coffee pot. Overall we really enjoyed the place.

Accommodations, Ambience and Area were all wonderful. Communication was clear and detailed from reserving to arrival. Would definitely stay here again. A fresh coat of paint could be beneficial, but would not be a deterrent from staying again. Don M

the condo has a great view, quiet, furnishings lovely, although a little sparse. bed very comfortable, the two flat screen tvs are awesome. would have liked a larger coffee maker, a blender, and a softer couch. all and all stay was wonderful.

Maui adventure trip

This unit has everything and over kill. The host might have thought everything that the guests need to stay here comfortably. Literally you can move in to live here for good. Best host ever.

Just excellent!

Just got in from a wonderful holiday in Hawaii. Our stay in Maui was enriched by the excellent condominium that we chose. Neat, clean tidy, comfortable, stunning view, with unforgettable sunsets. The photos don't lie and the reality exceeds The location is ideal for its tranquility; the beach is nice for walking enjoying beautiful views. Everything you need is at a short distance by car. We absolutely recommend this condominium it’s perfect. We would also like to emphasize the good care of Linda, always willing to assist us.

Kihei Gem

Wonderful condo in the heart of Kihei, within walking distance of some main shops and restaurants. Our view from the balcony was incredible, the unit was clean, comfortable and furnished well. Lots of bath and beach towels, with beach chairs for borrowing. The only change I would make would be to add a few more items to the kitchen (some more utensils, basic spices if possible). I would definitely return.

Great little rental

Check-in was simple, with clear instructions emailed ahead of time. The living space and kitchen were the highlight of the condo and where the most remodeling work went into. Comfortable bed that was separated out from the living space which gave my wife time to rest when I was awake. Like other guests have mentioned there are some touch ups that could be adressed in the bathroom space but nothing bad. There are 3 snorkel sets there (one is a kids set), beach umbrella and two chairs along with beach towels. There was also a playpen for the under 2 years old crowd. Overall the location if this rental is perfect as its centrally located from the airport, west Maui and south Maui beaches. If you get the chance take the snorkel gear to La Parouse

Noise from jack hammers all day 7:30 - 5 pm

I checked out early. The view was great but couldn’t enjoy because of noise. Jack hammers started in the Unit next to me at 7:30 am and didn’t stop til 5 pm. I woke up to a construction worker on my balcony peering in as I slept. I left a Day early. They only refunded one night stay. I highly recommend you get information on the progress of construction before booking.

Nice area, still tough during construction

I don’t blame the owners as they are straight up and open about construction but until you’re there you don’t realize how long it goes all day. It does take away from the lanai experience. The owners still need to rent it, which i understand but it was very loud and construction people all over the complex. In terms of the unit, i took one star for how loud things are; and one for not having a blender or table on the porch in a tropical location. I feel a blender in Hawaii is similar to a coffee pot pretty much anywhere else. We got there exited to make drinks and had no way to blend anything. Maybe there was a blender before, but seems like a big omission considering there are two toasters in the unit. The rest of the condo is well done with plenty of options for guests looking for beach time(chairs, toys, boards). One drawback to the porch would be a lack of a coffee table to place food or drinks on while looking at the view. That along with the blender seem like simple misses for this property. Great grounds with plenty of bbq, grass and pool space. The construction will spruce things up a bit bit still think the other omissions are worth noting.

Great place and location.

We had a very good stay and got used to a little inconveniences like AC which blows off and on without possibility of adjustment. We just think AC was not needed in this state. Better off keeping the balcony doors open. Small TLCs like touch up paint here and there, but overall it was awesome place to spend the vacation. Will be coming back. Oh, registration email kept bouncing back and only after several days I managed to get back from our excursions in time to visit the office personally to receive a parking tag, which no other cars displayed on the dashboard. Parking was not a huge problem, except for really narrow spaces, which we discovered are typically for Maui :) Mahalo for a really nice stay in paradise.

Decent ocean front room

1) Property turned out to be as described but the bathroom could use remodeling. Bathroom area/space is very congested. May be I didn' t pay close attention to all pics prior to booking but personally I feel it was small area so less convenient. 2) It might be normal in Hawaii atmosphere but we saw some bugs in kitchen area so that was little disappointing but as soon as I repored I was provided spray immediately to control/kill bugs. 3)Sliding door from living to balcony needs some work/repair so it smooth and less noisy as you open and close sliding door. 4) Property is located in good location and ocean front condo.

beautiful property with great views

the room was great, has large sliding doors in the bedroom and living room with views of the neighboring condo's, pool area, and clear shot of the ocean (beach is technically hidden behind a hill just before the sand; you can see it in the pics).. room had AC but you could opt to just open the sliding doors for fresh air instead.. property was close enough to the center of kihei so a 5min car ride would put you at many different restaurants.. would definitely book them again.

Awesome view, great location

We loved our stay at this property. We appreciated the quiet complex, great pool and proximity to the beach. We went on beach walks every morning and saw many turtles sleeping on the beach. We had a car and it was a great central location on Maui. We found the unit to be comfortable, very clean and well-equipped. We spent most of our time on the large balcony admiring the stunning view. Management was quick to respond and resolve a minor issue. We would definitely stay here again.
