Location was excellent.Accommodations a bit dated. Microwave did not work upon arrival-no power. Mossed a meal because of it. Replacement brought the next day.Property Management group poor.My copy from a text exchange…“At this time, nothing has been turned into the office. We will continue to monitor the situation and notify you promptly if your item is found.” …Based on this seemingly ‘cut and paste’ canned reply I’m disappointed but not surprised.I’ve told you exactly where it was left. So no one has even looked for it, it was pocketed by your cleaners, or it was simply thrown away. Which is it?This, on top of a non- working microwave upon arrival, a boat slip with mis-aligned cleats, the master bath smelling like urine along with a moldy shower curtain liner in your dark outdated popcorn ceiling condo.You also might want to educate your landscapers on the golf-cart on how to respectfully ask someone to move their vehicle.None of this was even going to be mentioned until this “customer no-service” response.We enjoyed our time in Destin but our accommodations certainly weren’t a highlight of our trip.
