We had our groceries delivered so we could have stayed the entire week without driving anywhere. We enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping as well as mini golf all within a very short walk. Perfection!

This unit was absolute perfection! The view of the ocean is fantastic, the decor is very tasteful and the fully equipped kitchen made it very convenient. Watching the amazing sunsets from our balcony was an added bonus we didn't expect. We were here with our family and there was plenty of room for everyone. Being right across the street or within a very short walking distance from several restaurants was a terrific perk! We didn't have to drive anywhere! We have vacationed in the Carolinas for years but Anna Maria Island has stolen our hearts and this is our new destination of choice.

Incredible location. The place is actually much nicer than the pictures show. The noise from Bridge street was a little loud but nothing major. The only issue that stuck out was a smoke alarm going off. Hardwired system so taking it down and removing the batteries didn’t stop it. Called the after hours maintenance and they said someone would be out soon and no one came and then I had to call in the morning to get it resolved. The guy that showed up just said "yeah they say that sometimes". Other than that the stay was great. I would highly recommend this unit.

Everything in the unit was clean and well maintained with more than enough towels and supplies for the week. We chose this rental because of the convenience of having an elevator and it's proximity to not only the shops of Bridge st, but also the fact that it sits on the beach with no road to cross! We watched the sun set from our screened in balcony every night! It was absolutely perfect for our group of three generations! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this unit! The condo was very clean upon arrival, stocked with everything we needed & even had some extra beach accessories in the closet. The beach wasn’t crowded in this area and the location was perfect! The check in & out process was also simple. This won’t be our last time staying here! Also, we noticed the bedding and furniture had been updated as well!

Pretty view

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach view from condo was beautiful and decor in condo was tasteful. We liked how easy it was to get to the beach. The week we were there was chilly- we were told the heater/pump in the pool was not working so we didn’t use the pool. We weren’t crazy about being across the street from the shops- the music and traffic noise in the back bedrooms was tolerable but annoying- parking garage was not well lit at night. We didn’t feel the condo was worth what we paid- we have stayed in much nicer condominiums for lesser amounts. There was room for improvement in cleaning- back of spare bathroom door had finger smudging (not sure what is was but not pleasant to look at) and kitchen and spare bath had tiny red ants/bugs everywhere- if you left anything out on counter they were in it. Traps that were in unit did not resolve the issue and we did not call rental company because we didn’t want to mess with anyone coming into condo. Would also recommend getting a spatula to mix with, crab crackers for crab legs and garlic press. Overall a nice stay but would not rent unit again.
