### The Space

Welcome to your spectacular 6-bedroom Orlando getaway, perfectly designed for large families and groups of up to 14 guests. This fabulous home combines modern style with ultimate comfort, creating the perfect home base for your vacation.

The heart of the home is the open-plan main floor, featuring a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the cookware you need. The first floor offers three comfortable bedrooms (one king, two queen) and one and a half bathrooms for easy accessibility.

Upstairs, ignite your family's imagination in two fantastically themed bedrooms: a magical Princess room and an adventurous Dragons-themed room, both with full/twin bunk beds. You'll also find an additional queen bedroom and a spacious loft area, perfect for relaxing or setting up a dedicated workspace. For your convenience, a washer and dryer, iron, and hairdryers are all provided.

### Getting Around

The home is conveniently located with easy driving access to all of Orlando's major theme parks, shopping centers, and dining destinations. We recommend having a vehicle for maximum flexibility. On-site parking is available.

### House Rules

To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following:
* Check-in is after 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
* The minimum booking age is 21 years old; at least one guest in the party must meet this requirement.

### Important Information

Please review these details before your stay to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

* **Private Pool & Hot Tub Heat:** Heating for the private pool and attached hot tub is available for an additional fee of $30 + tax per night for the entire stay. This must be requested at least 2 days before check-in. Please note, the hot tub is heated to the same temperature as the pool when the heater is on.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A grill with a propane tank can be provided for your stay for a fee of $65 + tax. This must be requested before check-in.
* **Linens & Towels:** We provide all linens and bath towels. Please note that washcloths are not included.
* **Family Gear:** A Pack 'n Play and a high chair are available upon request to make traveling with little ones easier.
* **Package Delivery:** If you plan to have packages delivered during your stay, please contact us beforehand for instructions.
* **Concierge Services:** We are happy to help arrange park tickets, grocery shopping, and other services to enhance your vacation.܏
