This a prime location on Duval in the heart of the action. The owners were very nice and a accommodating. The unit was very clean. The outdoor area had nice fans going and you could hear hogs breath live band in the background which kept the vibes high.

Great location, the host company was exceptional, everybody having their own bedroom with bathroom was perfect. Enjoyed the outdoor patio, would definitely recommend.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Key West! The upper terrace is a great place to hang out when you are not exploring the island. Friendly staff - we will come back!!

Great location. Easy to get in and out while staying in the heart of Duval Street. Everyone having their own bed and bathroom was a big plus as well.

The house was so clean and homey- and the beds were fantastic. Everything was exactly as described and made for a wonderful long weekend. The penthouse is positioned on Duvall in the heart of shopping and dining, and if you love the nightlife, it’s a great spot. Perfect size for a larger group. Pros: Penthouse and patio are a great size, well equipped bathrooms and mini-kitchen. Clean and smelled great. Super comfortable and the a/c is perfect. Cons: Parking is hard to come by and expensive. Street and nightlife can be noisy.

This is a fantastic location, perfect for 3 couples with 3 kings size beds and 3 private bathrooms. Location was steps away from Duvall and all of the hot spots. Our only confusion was locating #6 when we arrived. It said Personal Resident on the door and there was no #6. So we took a chance and used the code and it worked. Besides that, everything was great. They shuttled us from the rental car place to the grocery store and then to the property. Picked us up and got us to the airport in the shuttle. It was very easy to work with them and I would definitely rent from them again.

The property was perfect for the 6 of us. The apartment was beautifully appointed and clean.The deck space was just the right size for our needs. The location was ideal and we had a great time. If we ever come back we will certainly be reaching out to book.

The Penthouse was in a perfect location for our stay in Key West! The accommodations were immaculate, there was even water, coffee & snacks upon arrival! The managing group (Colocada) & team made our stay very enjoyable! From our airport pick ups & drop offs, to the pleasant staff, we can’t say enough about our visit. We highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed! We will be back in the near future!
