🏊 Pool Safety & Liability Notice:
Guests use the pool at their own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Swimming and diving can be inherently dangerous activities that carry risks of bodily injury, including but not limited to chemical irritation, impact injuries from jumping or diving, drowning, and electrocution. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times during pool use. By using the pool, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to take all necessary precautions to avoid injury.
By booking this property, guests waive any right to sue the owner or property manager for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur while using the pool or related amenities.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee of 30 dollars per day if you request it in advance. The pool will be heated to about 88 °F. Please note we cannot guarantee a comfortable temperature during cold weather. The system will shut off automatically when the outside temperature drops below 45 °F.
❄️ Air Conditioning:
The home is equipped with air conditioning. Please keep the thermostat set to no lower than 70°F to maintain efficiency and comfort. Remember to keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running.
🚭 No Smoking / No Pets / No Parties - a $500 fine applies for violations.

We love the Florida lifestyle—sunshine, palm trees, and yes, even the wildlife! While we have regular pest control, it’s normal to see insects, lizards, birds, and other critters around.
You might spot a lizard sunning itself or an insect near the door—it’s all part of the charm! To help keep them outside, keep doors and windows closed when not in use.
