Host was very responsive and easy to work with. We just came for a quick romantic getaway but would stay here again with our teenagers as there is plenty of space. Loved the decor, as it was updated and inviting. Great location as you can easily get anywhere in SB.

We had a great trip to SB! Nice and sunny place that seems recently renovated. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed (especially in the kitchen). We loved being able to have separate places to hang out since there are televisions in each bedroom and the living room. We will be back soon!

Excellent condition amenities, ideal location, welcoming and extremely helpful host. Extremely clean interior and beautiful yard in loving neighborhood. I am from the area and whether you are coming from far away or know your way around this is the best spot. The appliances and furnishings all brand new condition and very bright welcoming beach style. I loved that it had its own address and parking. Felt very safe and at home.

Everything went as smooth as possible. The home is beautiful decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you can possibly imagine and. We loved the island so that the entire family can sit and enjoy games together. We are coming back!

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t be happier with this rental. The property was exactly as described—super clean, comfortable, and looked like the pictures. Everything we needed was provided, which made the stay easy and relaxing from start to finish.The location was great and worked perfectly for our plans, and the space itself felt welcoming and thoughtfully set up. Communication with the host was smooth and timely, which we really appreciated.Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

Loved this place! Nicely updated and decorated, comfortable, it was super quiet. The neighborhood isn't loud but I was there when it was storming and it was sooo quiet coming in from the rain. I love all the light in the day, ceiling fans, AC, on a corner so it was easy to find, hairdryer in the bathroom, lots of towels, pack and play (even though I didn't bring any kids), and even a pizza cutter! I could feel all the thought that went into making sure it felt like "home" . Would definitely stay again.
