Notre luxueuse villa est votre maison loin de chez vous située dans la communauté fermée exclusive et calme de Highgate Park, vous permettant d'échapper au bruit des autoroutes et de la circulation après une journée bien remplie. Cette communauté offre des courts de tennis et une aire de jeux pour enfants et se trouve à quelques minutes des attractions populaires, des restaurants, des épiceries, des terrains de golf et des magasins d'usine. Encore meilleurs parcs à thème Disney sont à seulement 8 miles de votre porte!
Notre villa de quatre chambres et trois salles de bains offre un espace de vie à aire ouverte qui est très spacieux et décoré avec goût pour les invités. Il y a deux chambres principales en suite (1 King 1 Queen) chacune avec de nouveaux matelas à plateau-coussin, les troisième et quatrième chambres partagent une salle de bain complète Jack et Jill pouvant accueillir confortablement 9 personnes. Notre maison comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, un coin repas, une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD, une chaîne stéréo et une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. Le garage est transformé en salle de jeux ultime équipée d'un billard, d'un baby-foot, d'un air hockey et d'un jeu de fléchettes électronique.
La véranda grillagée privée / zone de terrasse allongée avec douche extérieure a une piscine chauffée et un spa orientés plein sud pour vous assurer que peu importe la période de l'année que vous visitez, vous bénéficierez de tonnes de soleil chaud toute la journée !! Grande table de patio pouvant accueillir six personnes, sous la terrasse couverte avec ventilateur de plafond et barbecue en acier inoxydable pleine grandeur qui vous permet de profiter de soirées relaxantes tout en étant assis et en dînant au bord de la piscine. Il y a aussi quatre chaises longues autour de la piscine pour ceux qui cherchent à se détendre et à attraper quelques rayons.

The communication with the host was absolutely amazing Quick responses and attentive to all questions Pool was nice. The family enjoyed it The location of house was nothing short of excellent. Quiet area but close to amenities and Orlando fun! As with any house there is updates that could be done and up keep needed When there was any concerns and we messaged the host they replied quickly and did what they could during our stay.Seemed like very nice people My only negative comments would be more lighting at night around pool area. Such as around the pool enclose. We only had the fan light and left it kinda dark. Rope lighting or other lights above would be a nice plus. Other homes do have it around the areaThe door to bedroom would have been nice to be able to open but seemed the screen door was screwed shut.We appreciate the host sharing their vacation home and if we don’t stay at the same one again we definitely would stay in the general area!Thank you

The property was very clean and spacious! There were plenty of cooking utensils and lots and pans, which I find alot of places are lacking. The renters were very friendly and prompt in responses. Basic necessities were provided such as tp, paper towels, hand soaps, washer pods, dishwasher pods and trash bags. Would definitely stay again.

Family Disney vacation stay

This very spacious VRBO was great for our family of 4 and my parents. The pool onsite was convenient for young kids. Distance from Disney was very manageable. Make sure you order or pack additional paper products (toilet paper, paper towel) and cleaning products like laundry pods.

Perfectly Pleasant

We had a great stay in this house. Everything was as advertised and it was a perfect fit for our extended weekend stay while bringing our daughter back to school for spring semester. The pool heat worked too (something we’ve come to not expect in the past few years). Would definitely stay here again.

Glad to hear! We hear that often from guests about paying for pool heat and it is either set really low or does not work. We just replaced all of our pool and heat pumps a year ago. With it being used year round, it is one of the things that we always have to keep maintained. We want our guests to be comfortable during there stay!

Wonderful Home !

Very Nice

Very nice stay at this property. Clean and spacious enough for us six adults. Communication with the owners was excellent! It was a little further from the parks than I envisioned but it’s mainly a time thing, not distance. Coming from northern Michigan I didn’t account for the traffic enough. The pool, hot tub and lanai were very relaxing. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. Thanks for sharing your home, Derek and Danette!

The location and house were fantastic! It took about 20 minutes to get to Disney & no time at all to a grocery. The house was not as clean as we are used to but the Roles were great to work with and took care of everything!!

Highgate house

Excellent house. Very nice pool and hot tub set up, although I’ve rented a lot of houses before and never had to pay for pool heat but in the end it was well worth it. The only complaint I would have and it’s a big one is that the air conditioning only can be set at 75 degrees, if I would have known that it would have been a deal breaker.

Great Home!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation and our stay at this villa was wonderful. The house was very clean and accommodating. The pool was warm and clean. The house had everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen, information about the area, towels and fast internet. The owners had excellent communication and made sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed at many homes in the Orlando area and this one was our favorite. We would stay again!

Better than I expected

It was an enjoyable experience and probably best house we have been in. I had found it as a backup location since I was familiar with a previous a property when that property was no longer listed this place was our second choice and I’m glad it worked out that way! Just the open design and space of the house was great but on top of that such a quiet location and prompt responses from the owners makes us want to come back again and again!

We live in Ontario Canada and have two children. Our oldest in currently studying at Queens University and our youngest is in grade 8 and enjoys playing rep hockey and rep baseball. We enjoy traveling to the Orlando area and decided that we wanted to own our own vacation home. It took us a year of searching to find what we were looking for and it was worth the wait with this home. We love being hosts and making sure that our guests have the same benefits we enjoy while on vacation in our Villa.

Location Location Location!!! Highgate Park is a quiet Gated Community located in a peaceful area with everything Florida has to offer a short distance away. It is ideally situated on the US Highway 27, just a half mile south of the US Highway 192 and only a short drive from the I4. There are many local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and golf courses near by, not to mention our home is just 8 miles from Disney World. When searching for this home we wanted to provide our guests with the perfect vacation experience.
