Designer Inspired Beach Cottage, One Short Block from an Expansive Beach

This adorable one bedroom cottage is centrally located in Santa Cruz, one block from Santa Maria beach - a vast sandy stretch of beach for sunset strolls and beach play. The cottage is within walking distance of Starbucks, an amazing italian deli, Sunday Farmer's Market, two taquerias and a great italian restaurant.

The cottage is behind our main home and has a charming, small yard and side entrance. We offer a Cal King Bed, Queen Sofa Sleeper and full kitchen.

The space:
This is a guest cottage behind our home. With beach living, we are all fairly close together (neighbor included). We try and offer as much privacy as possible and please know that noise can travel easily between homes. We ask that you respect quiet hour times.

The full kitchen offers an array of amenities including a Nespresso Coffee Maker, Milk Frother, Toaster/Oven/Air Fryer, Ninja blender, Ice Maker, Dishwasher, full-size oven and cooktop. We offer an array of coffees and tea.

The main bedroom has a Cal King bed and offers a large screen TV and full closet for storage.

The living room has a sofa sleeper that has a queen bed and includes a TV and Sonos system for music or TV.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a jetted tub and handheld shower.

As we live close by, we are happy to provide special requests or offer additional speciality appliances if we have them.
