Experience the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort in this beautifully preserved 1927 bungalow, located in the heart of the Sam Hughes neighborhood. With thoughtful design and inviting spaces, this home provides an authentic Southwestern retreat for your stay in Tucson.

Living Spaces
Step into a bright and welcoming living room featuring high ceilings, new triple pain windows, and warm wood floors. Filled with natural light, you'll enjoy the desert atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The home features two beautifully furnished and cozy bedrooms designed for a restful stay. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with a super comfy memory foam mattress. Bedroom 2 has a queen memory foam mattress for ultimate relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen is both stylish and functional. Whether you're preparing a homemade meal or enjoying takeout from one of Tucson’s fantastic restaurants, the dining area provides a welcoming space to gather at the vintage table.

Dropping off young adult at U of A. Great location. Great location to move son into apartment, get into Tucson and get out of Tucson. Would definitely stay in rental again when visiting.
