Fishing enthusiast? The canal behind the house is teeming with bass, snook, redfish and more. (Multiple fishing rods provided) Or book a local gulf fishing charter for a true angler’s adventure.

Golfers will love Rotonda’s five championship golf courses with 99 holes in total and numerous other courses around the area. Families will enjoy the nearby community park, complete with pickleball and tennis courts, a paved walking trail and dog friendly areas.

Every bedroom features a 43" Smart TV, while the family room boasts a 65" Smart TV, the front Flex Room offers a 55" Smart TV, and the Lanai is equipped with a 40" Smart TV. The entire home is connected to YouTube TV, offering over 100 channels including all local networks for your viewing pleasure.

The Flex Room is a versatile space, complete with a Serta Queen pullout bed for additional guests. A privacy screen is also provided when needed. It’s also a hub of fun, featuring a 55" Smart TV, classic arcade games, shuffleboard, and a variety of board games, perfect for winding down or spending quality time together.

For your safety and ours, exterior house cameras are present. Your privacy is respected, and camera is only viewed if an issue arises or guest requests. There is also an outdoor decibel monitor present in the pool/lanai area. It does not record audio but assesses sound levels.
