More than 3000 Interior SQ FT fully furnished Philadelphia suburb home with 4 free off street parking is good for out-of-town guests and business travelers. You are renting main house only. This includes a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and 5 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. An extra futon bed will be provided for reservations with more than 10 guests. You will have private access and exclusive use of the entire main house excluding the Apartment with a separate entrance attached to main house that is rented separately.

The house was perfect for our trip. It was centrally located and was a warm comfortable place. We had a great time talking in one of the den rooms and we played cards and did a puzzle in the large dining room. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and large. We will definitely be coming back next year. Highly recommended this house for a stay in the Horsham area

The kitchen was well equipped and the entire common area was great for a large family to enjoy time together. The house was extremely clean and they location was perfect with many places to eat and shop in the area.

This was a good property, we have a great time! The house had everything we needed inside and out. Plenty of parking, kitchen has everything, beds were comfortable, plenty of seating for everyone and nice bathrooms. The location is great, everything you need is easy to get to. The host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful!

Set up for families

We had large, multi family group in town for a funeral. The house suited our needs. Well, all the bedrooms were nicely appointed. The kitchen is set up nicely for cooking and serving.

-The chirp of the sliding back door when trying to unload our vehicle. Yes, I know the AC is on & we wouldn’t leave the door open longer than necessary. I made the effort to get everything to the deck & then into the house. But, would have to close & then re-open the door every 15 seconds to shut that thing up. Infuriating way to initially enter the house upon arrival.-There is no hand rail at the top of the main stairwell & no rail at all on the last 2 stairs at the very top. Not safe at all.-No ceiling fans in any bedroom.-No TV in any bedroom.-There are TVs in the 2 rooms on main floor, but they’re close together with no way to block the sound from 1 to the other, so having them both on, with people watching 2 different shows is impossible.-There is only 1 sink that can be shaved in (main upstairs bath), as the other 2 sinks do not have functioning stoppers to fill the basin.-The showers are an absolute death trap. The on-suite shower has a very slick inside surface. My wife went out to buy a matt so no one would slip & fall. The shower in the main bath is inaccessible to pretty much anyone, as the step over is huge, turning on the actual water while reaching around the glass wall & contorting your body to not fall in while trying is next to impossible. And, again, a very slick shower floor.-The kitchen is poorly stocked for cooking. No pot large enough to boil more than a small box of pasta. My wife had to go get a new pot just to do this. Dear guests, Home is where the heart is. We believe that everyone should absolutely love their stay. As hosts, we always try to go above and beyond within our means. Unfortunately, some guests are not cognizant of home-sharing and better suited to hotels. Guests stayed for the entirety of their reservation without raising any concerns during their visit. How does our listing supposed to thrive when guest like this stay and purposely try to destroy our listing.
