Tucked away in a peaceful one-street community, this beautifully designed and tastefully decorated home is your perfect coastal escape. Sugar-white sands, you’ll enjoy the ideal mix of relaxation, adventure, and convenience.

Black bears are common in this area and are often seen around the property. For your safety, always remain cautious, never leave food or trash outside, and secure all doors and vehicles.

Our private, deeded beach access was unfortunately damaged during the recent hurricane and is currently undergoing repairs. In the meantime, guests can enjoy nearby Public Beach Access #8, just a short distance from the home. While we look forward to restoring our private beach access, you can still enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald waters of 30A!

You’ll also be just minutes from the vibrant dining, shopping, and entertainment options in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, The Big Chill, and Seaside.

Perfect for 2 families: This spacious home offers two luxurious primary suites on the main floor and an expansive bunk room upstairs, featuring three full-size and four twin-size beds—ideal for both kids and adults. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas create a welcoming space for gathering, while the backyard invites you to unwind and dine by the private pool with a waterfall.

Our property allows parking for a MAXIMUM of two vehicles.

We love it when guests celebrate special moments! Please note that no decorations may be taped, nailed, or hung on walls, ceilings, or furniture. You’re welcome to bring freestanding or tabletop décor that doesn’t leave marks or damage. Thank you for helping us keep the home beautiful for everyone.

We provide a starter supply of essential items—including toiletries, paper goods, basic kitchen supplies, coffee, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap—to help you settle in comfortably. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items needed for the remainder of their stay.
