The Space:

The condo provides the convenience of two ensuite bedrooms, making it an ideal choice for traveling with friends and family. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful stay. The first ensuite bedroom, located just off the main living area, has coastal-inspired decor, its own private bathroom, and direct access to the balcony.



Just upstairs, the second ensuite bedroom includes a futon that is great for additional sleeping space for kids, along with a queen-sized bed. Both bathrooms are recently renovated with crisp white and black styling, providing a modern feel.

POOL CLOSURE: The Royal Mansions Condo pool will be closed for improvement from approximately 1/12/26- 1/22/26. During this time we will offer complimentary passes to the pool at Cosmik Tiki in Cocoa Beach.



Important Note: There are about 8 steps from the parking lot to the front door, as well as another 10 steps to the main level of the condo. From there, the 2nd bedroom is up one more set of stairs.
