Jessica and her partner were great guests! Super easy to communicate with, they washed the dishes and left towels and sheets neatly aside. They left the property neat and tidy.

Quick Get Away
Visiting a friend north of Tampa. Chose to stay here last leg of my trip to catch a day at the beach and be closer to airport (PIE) for my early flight out. Although my purpose was the beach, I was alone so wanted down time with the TV at night but no such luck as cable would not work. Owner was responsive and intends to fix but sucked for me. Very cute place though

Tricia was a great guest with excellent communication throughout her stay. We had an issue with the TV not connecting consistently to the internet, and she was very understanding while we tried to troubleshoot it together. Despite the connection dropping a few times during her stay, she handled it with patience and stayed in touch to keep me updated. I appreciated how respectful and easy she was to communicate with. I would gladly host Tricia again in the future.
