Il s'agit d'un condo de 1 chambre, 1 1/2 salles de bain situé au 4ème étage, directement sur le golfe du Mexique et donnant sur la plage de sable blanc et les eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique!

Toutes nos locations sont équipées de linge de maison complet, d'un lave-linge / sèche-linge et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée pour que tout ce dont vous avez à vous soucier, c'est de vous amuser! De plus, notre complexe offre une piscine, un espace barbecue / pique-nique, un accès WIFI GRATUIT, une aire de lavage de voiture, une promenade pour la plage et un marché pratique à côté! De mars à octobre, nous proposons également un service de plage GRATUIT! Nous sommes situés à seulement 5 minutes de Fort Walton Beach et de Destin, sur la magnifique île d’Okaloosa, et à seulement 400 mètres d’excellents restaurants, discothèques, magasins, activités nautiques et du Gulfarium!

Beautiful week with an amazing view. Small, cozy condo, just right for two. There was construction on 98 leading onto Santa Rosa, so going in and out took a little bit.

It was good. Views of beach and ocean excellent. I was a little surprised that with the cost of rental fee that I was informed that I would only be provided one roll of bathroom tissue, one roll of paper towels and two auto dishwasher tablets. If it had cooked more with a four night stay I would have had to purchase these items. I normally take my own personal toiletries and laundry detergent if I have a longer stay. Just thought those statements were uncalled for.

Nice location

This was a very well located unit for a couple to enjoy. The unit was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The only downside we had was lack of supplies in the bathroom. You need to make sure to bring your own.

Very relaxing

The room was very clean when we arrived. Pictures accurately portrayed the property. Parts of the condo building seemed older and in need of sprucing up/cleaning. Room came with beach chair/umbrella; however, we had to pay $15 a day if we wanted to reserve a front row at the beach.

Incredible View for a reasonable price

I booked the condo for a stay of 42 days. The owners recently purchased and updated the space. There are still a couple of upgrades planned but it was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need. The brand new washer and dryer served me well after I figured out all the bells and whistles. I especially enjoyed the view from the living room, bedroom, and the balcony. The fireplace was a nice bonus as well as the heated pool downstairs. The building is well maintained and any needs are addressed immediately. Though there were a few days that someone in the building was using power tools, overall, it was a very quiet and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this property!!
