Quick spring break trip

Property was in a good location and pretty much everything you would expect from a St. Augustine condo experience. Atmosphere was laid-back and accepting of young children being able to play.

Very nice condo

The condo was very comfortable and pleasant. The location was great. A short walk to the beach. The housekeeping could have been improved. The microwave had not been cleaned from the last guest as well as the mirror in the master bath. There was toothpaste on the hand held mirror sitting on the counter. There were other small things which made us feel that a thorough job of cleaning had not been done. We did enjoy our stay, however even thou we think maybe housekeeping could have been better.

Great spot for families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time here. We had multiple families renting separate condos which allowed us to enjoy each other while maintaining space. We had three kids and three adults in this unit and it was perfect! It’s a well maintained unit. If I had to pick one issue it would be the blinds, they kept falling down every time someone touched them.

Colony Reef Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year we stayed at Colony Reef and we again had a fantastic time. The location is great the staff is fantastic. Even had the overnight officer knock on our door to let us know our interior light was on in our car. My family and I truly have enjoyed our experiences here. However when we went to book again the same two rooms we have stayed in are approx $1400.00 more each. We found that to be very disheartening. We wanted to come back yr after yr like so many of the wonderful families that we have met there. But that big of a price hike seems very excessive. And we as a family are having to re think whether or not to come back. That makes me sad.

Michael, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We understand our prices have changed a bit with our new price management system but if you contact the office, we can assist you with rebooking for next year! Colony Reef Club Reservation Team

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and updated as the pictures showed. We were happy with the space and the location on the property. Check in & out was very easy and everyone we met was helpful. I do have some recommendations- more towels, we had 8 people and were only given 6 towels. Also, more forks/spoons are needed. But overall we would rent this unit again!

A Rental that Feels like “Home!”

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being from a wintery State, with retirement, we now like to head to Florida for a couple months each winter. However, the old adage of - “There’s no place like Home” is often the truth. We have experienced that feeling for the previous 6 years we have rented, until this year. This Condo not only is well appointed, but you can feel the thought and love the owners have put into it, with the comfort of their guest, most in mind. As soon as I walked in, I got an immediate feeling of “home.” It is also our second year of renting from Colony Reef, and I can’t say enough words as to how well managed and maintained it is. The grounds are immaculate and everything was spotlessly clean, which with Covid was a very main concern of ours this year. They are extremely prompt in addressing any issues or services you may need. The complex has great amenities and is in a great location with easy access to the local restaurants and attractions. We already look forward to our next winter here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice and clean and the kitchen was very well equipped! We had a great stay and are thinking of coming back during spring break. The only thing that could be better is that this condo did not have a view of anything but some trees and bushes, otherwise it was great!
VrboOwner a répondu le 12 juill. 2023
Emily, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We are aware that the dunes do block the view for most of the ground floor condos, a lot of the guests that book ground floor love the convenience of walking off their patio and to the pool. If you're looking for a great ocean view, please do not hesitate to call us and we can set you up in a condo on floor 2 or high! Colony Reef Club Reservation Team
