The cabin is located:
-0.6 miles to Big Bear Snow Play
-2 Miles to Grocery stores
-3 Miles to Big Bear Mountain/Snow Summit
-4 Miles to The Village and all restaurants and shopping stores.

**Please note we do not have A/C. We do have a ceiling fan in the primary bedroom and portable fans. We find that we get a good breeze if you open windows and slider.

We have three wall heaters - two downstairs and one in the primary bedroom. The other bedrooms do have portable space heaters. Sometimes they travel throughout the cabin but generally are in the closets.

*Pet Friendly (There is an extra $75 pet fee per dog, one-time fee) 2 dogs max allowed. Please let us know ahead of time if bringing a pet. No cats allowed.

*Heads up, if it is snowing, you will need chains or a 4x4 for all of Big Bear. We provide snowplow when snow is over FOUR INCHES. A shovel is on-site for guest use for any other snow removal needs. There are no refunds or discounts for not being prepared for the snow/ any acts of nature. Please be prepared to avoid needing towing. Additional plows can be arranged for a fee.
