Inside, relax with non-toxic bedding, furniture, and kitchenware, and unwind by the fireplace in the living room, enjoy a cuppa in one of the leather armchairs in the sunroom or snuggle up downstairs in the flower power movie room. On the main level, you'll find three relaxing bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite features a queen bed and private en suite bath. A second bedroom also includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a full bed, these two rooms share a guest bathroom.

The main floor also includes a bright and airy sunroom with two comfy armchairs with matching ottomans, and a café table with two chairs, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet read. Enjoy a complementary Biscoff cookie as you watch the sun rise over pikes peak.

Step outside the sunroom and you’ll find yourself in a large, private backyard. View pikes peak as you enjoy a choice beverage at the outdoor sitting area. Throw some steaks on the grill or roast marshmallows over the fire pit as you walk around and view the many fruit trees throughout the yard.

The kitchen offers two full size ovens one of which provides a meat thermometer and specialized cooking, a large gas range stove, kettle, toaster oven, microwave and large drip coffee pot. The kitchen is stocked with nontoxic cooking and eating utensils, stainless steel pots and pans, an extensive offering of spices, stainless steel stemless wine glasses, coffee mugs, soup bowls, pasta bowls, small plates and dinner plates, as well as an assortment of acacia wood charcuterie platters. Complementary coffee is also provided.

The centrally located dining room offers views of pikes peak and is fitted with a 6-10 person table.

The adjacent living room features an extra-long couch and two arm chairs, ideal for lounging with family or friends or playing games.

Downstairs, there’s even more space to spread out. A versatile bonus room offers two full beds, and an additional lounge area is outfitted with two chaise lounge couches, perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day of exploring.

You’ll also find a half bath conveniently connected to the laundry room, stocked with laundry detergent.

For those needing to work remotely, a dedicated workspace is tucked away downstairs, complete with a full-sized desk and monitor for easy plug-and-play productivity.
