Enjoy the elegance of plantation shutters, recessed lighting, and a spacious open living room. The living space includes a large smart TV, a queen-sized sofa bed, and two chairs that can be combined into an additional single bed. The dining table comfortably seats six but can expand to accommodate eight if needed.
The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms are generously sized, each with queen-sized beds, desks, and an abundance of natural light.
A separate laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer is conveniently located off the kitchen and opens up to a lush grassy backyard adorned with rose bushes and trees. Outdoor amenities include a jacuzzi, barbecue, and a patio set featuring a large dining table, perfect for soaking up the sun and hosting family gatherings.
Moreover, the garage has been converted into an entertaining playroom featuring a ping-pong table, TV, and dartboard. For added convenience, there is an electric gate providing secure parking inside the driveway, along with an additional parking spot outside the gate within the driveway.
