Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with our management team did not meet your expectations. Throughout your stay, our team responded to your communications and, at checkout, you indicated that everyone was safe and that you had enjoyed your stay. We were glad to hear that at the time. The primary issue following your departure involved irreparable damage to the property's electric grill. The grill is clearly marked as an electric appliance, with multiple posted instructions explaining its proper use. Our inspection determined that charcoal had been used in the electric grill, causing a fire that required a response from the local fire department, who agreed with our assessment. Because the grill had to be replaced, you were charged for the replacement cost in accordance with the rental agreement, which states that renters are financially responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Additionally, the property's gate passes were not returned at checkout despite posted instructions stating that passes must remain in the unit and that replacement fees may apply if they are not returned. Rather than immediately charging for the missing passes, we provided an opportunity for them to be mailed back as a courtesy. While we understand that disagreements regarding damage charges can be frustrating, the charges were the result of documented property damage and missing property, and were handled in accordance with the property's policies and the terms of the signed rental agreement. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention again. Thank you for your continued trust in Island Rentals of Hilton Head. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you and your family back for another memorable island getaway next year!

So happy you enjoyed your stay, Shannon! We hope you'll come back and stay with us again!

Thank you for your review, Paige! We're glad the condo worked well for your family and that you enjoyed the pools and nearby attractions. We hope to welcome you back for another stay soon!

Thank you for the review! So glad to hear that your family enjoyed your trip and this villa! Unfortunately exterior lighting on island is very minimal due to our yearly visits from nesting turtles. It can certainly be a bit of a struggle when arriving after dark! Beyond that, it's always great to hear that our renters had a fun time on the island and used the extra beach amenities provided. We do hope you'll come back and stay with us again!

Thank you for your feedback, I wish you would have called us during your stay about the dishwasher, we discovered it on the next arrival inspection and it was fixed immediately.

Thank you for your review, Samar! Glad to hear that you enjoyed your time on the island. We hope you'll come back and stay with us again! We also wanted to let you know the owner is having new floors put in the condo and will have a deep clean performed after the work is completed. The condo has 2 deep cleans performed throughout the year.

Thanks for your review. We're glad our team could promptly assist with the fridge and door issues. We appreciate your feedback about the beds and TV size and will share it with the owners. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the condo to be gorgeous. It sounds like you had a fantastic time exploring the lagoon with turtles and spotting little lizards on the deck. We're glad that the proximity to Coligny Beach, shops, and restaurants added to your experience. It's great to know that the space and amenities provided made you feel right at home. We can't wait to welcome you back for another memorable stay!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience the downstairs shower created, The downstairs shower was remodeled less than a year ago and some repairs were made to the shower. There may have been some confusion as to what was said during the phone call about the shower handle, but we would not knowingly put a guest in a unit with a none working shower. Per your above message we fixed the handle as quickly as possible. Again we apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks for your review, Denis! Sorry to hear about the mattress and the kitchen being over stocked with seemingly excessive items. The mattress game is a fickle one when purchasing for vacation rentals, but I totally understand the inconvenience of not having what you prefer for a longer stay. We do hope you rent with us next year, maybe just a different unit!
