This house is beautiful! Very spacious and excellent for a large group. It’s modern and has everything you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub and the large backyard. There were plenty of towels, linens, and blankets. You will love this house!

This house was very comfortable!! There was a group of woman that came to do horsy things. It was very spacious and all amenities available that you can think of. The location was very convenient for shopping hiking food and fun. Loved our stay here

Beautiful home and perfectly sized for our big group. Communication from the host was timely and comprehensive. Our daughters particularly enjoyed playing Pac-Man in the garage!

We were begrudgingly given the door code after I was told we were early. Check in was 4:00. It was 3:50. The property was excellent in all aspects. Well designed. Modern amenities. Oversized hot tub. The note said to keep the thermostat above 75 degrees. I like it cooler. The home was very clean and had enough space to comfortably sleep our party of 9.

I’m sorry for any misunderstanding at check-in. The check-in details were sent the day before your arrival, and when you reached out at 3:55 PM, I just wanted to let you know that our smart lock is programmed to activate at our 4:00 PM check-in time. I’m sorry there was any confusion around the timing. I also apologize for any confusion regarding the thermostat. Guests are welcome to keep the home between 68–72°F during their stay. The request to set the thermostat to 75°F is only part of our checkout instructions. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and taking the time to share your experience. We’d be happy to welcome you and your family back anytime!

Wonderful place and location

It was a great place for our siblings get together. Four couples and we had room to spread out and also to gather and visit. The location was quiet and peaceful, but still close to the things we wanted to do.

We had a wonderful girls’ weekend at this property. It was as advertised, clean and quiet. The hut tub was perfect. And I recommend visiting downtown Traveler’s Rest. Particularly, Top Soil. But make a reservation. After fun in downtown Greenville, it was a perfect place to come back to and wind down.

Perfect family getaway!

Had a wonderful stay with two families for a long weekend. A great layout for families with lots of kids. They had a blast running around the backyard and swimming in the hot tub. I highly recommend this property, a perfect getaway!

It was a great get-away for all of us

From check-in to check-out, staying at Tubbs Mtn. was a good experience. It was clean. The beds and linens were comfy. I was glad to see the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, quality pans, and utensils. We especially enjoyed the master suite and the backyard. The manager was attentive. Although the price was higher than we wanted to pay, the place met our needs and provided a good meeting space for our far-away family members.

Great house!!!

Loved our stay! Clearly brand new which was niceSuper clean, well stocked, had everything we needed. Hot tub was surprisingly huge! Lots of space, game room was a bonus for the kids. Communication was great. The house itself is super pretty and cute. Like many of the Greenville neighborhood it’s a mashup of nicer houses and trailers but we felt very safe.. Would definitely return!

The property was exceptional. The home was beautiful, well arranged and had everything we needed for a four day gathering for my sisters and their husbands. Sisters came from Tupelo, Mississippi, 1 from Carson City, NV, 1 from Yerington, NV and the birthday girl lived in Greenville, SC The neighborhood around us was very quiet and no traffic noise. I can't imagine a better, lovelier place for our get together. Everyone there was blown away by the home, how well it was stocked and all the private space we each had.It definitely was an excellent find on VRBO.
