Charming poolside paradise just moments away from the stunning Siesta Key beaches! This immaculate home boasts a private pool and outdoor oasis, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. With airy interiors, modern amenities, and a prime location. Master Suite offers King bed and private bathroom; Guest bedroom includes Queen size bed and sofa lounger that convert to twin bed; Living room - sleeping Sofa converts to Full size bed. Heated salt water pool from November till March.

We have noise detectors outside and inside at the property.
Guests should respect designated quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise.
Exceeding the reasonable noise level might entail removing the guest from the property the same day.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: To ensure we are able to accommodate, as well as to provide a comfortable and a safe experience we ask all Guests to:
- have an airbnb profile & complete a verification process.
- review and verify review of Listing, Policies & House Rules.
- provide full names of all guests staying at the property.
- provide ages of children staying at the property.
- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The property accommodates a maximum of 7 guests per reservation. Full names of all guests staying at the property (including children) must be provided at the time of booking. The number of occupants NOT to exceed the number of Guests stated in the reservation, otherwise additional fees will apply. Violations of exceed MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 100$ penalty fee for each person if you exceed allowed amount of guests.
âCANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
- SMOKING: No smoking permitted inside the property, on the front porch or the lanai area. Violations of the NO SMOKING policy will result in a $500 penalty.
- PETS: This Home DOES NOT accommodate PETS for allergy reasons and others. Violations of the NO PETS policy will result in a $500 penalty.
- DAMAGES: Any damages caused to this property (anything beyond normal wear & tear) including LOST/STOLEN property contents will be Guests' responsibility, and will be charged through Airbnb, at the amount required to cover repair/replacement cost.
- EMERGENCIES: Any issues/emergencies/equipment failures etc. shall be reported to HOST immediately, for prompt resolution. DO NOT PLACE REPAIR CALLS YOURSELF! Please note: Guests will NOT be refunded or compensated for self-initiated service calls, malfunctioned equipment or other unforeseen events.
- WEATHER AND NATURE: The State of Florida is of sub-tropical nature and can experience extreme weather at certain times. The Host is not responsible for these events and no refund shall be provided for any shortened stays, ruined expectations or interruption in your stay due to extreme weather. We encourage all Guests to purchase Travel Insurance.
- CLEANING: We are proud to offer immaculate rental space for all our Guests and we work extra hard to maintain it. The one-time cleaning fee of $300 USD includes one routine cleaning plus washing of bedding and towels prior to guests' arrival. During your stay the property is self-sustaining and we urge our Guests to respect the property and maintain its condition.
- SET-UP: Guests shall not move or relocate any furniture, equipment or decor items in the rental premises.
- PESTS/INSECTS: Please be weary of ants and other Florida insects - clean promptly after food consumptions, avoid spills and DO NOT leave leftover food outside in and around BBQ or the Lanai area as it may attract unwelcome visitors.
- TRASH: Guests are asked to bag all trash to prevent odors/insects and place all trash/recyclables in appropriate bins. If Garbage Collection Day falls during your stay, we ask that garbage bins are placed at the curb (TUESDAY evening ).
- PARKING: Vehicles are to be parked on Rental Premises Only (Driveway). Parking on the Road is NOT Permitted! Please Note: The Home is located in deed restricted community where no boats, trailers or RV`s are allowed in the driveway. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing. Towing Fees and/or ALL applicable Fines, will be the sole responsibility of vehicle owner.
- POOL AREA RULES:
NO GLASSWARE IN/AROUND THE POOL. Think about your safety. Broken glass can also end up in the pool which would need to be drained, the cost of which will be charged against Guest's security deposit.
NO DIVING/RUNNING around the pool.
NO SOAP/SHAMPOO or similar substances in the pool.
NO TEMPERING WITH POOL CONTROLS/PUMP/FILTERS - Violation of such rule will result in a $500 Penalty.
NO POOL USE during UNSAFE WEATHER CONDITIONS such as thunderstorms with lightning.
DO NOT leave children unattended on the Lanai.
Do not leave items floating in the pool when it is not in use as these can cause a blockage to the water filtering inlet, causing damage to the pump.
Dry off before entering the home as the chlorine in the water can damage the carpets and furniture and wet floors will cause a slip hazard.
Use of the pool is at guestâs own risk - the Host/Owner of the property accepts no liability for Guest use.
Pool rules are clearly displayed and should be adhered to.
- POOL CLEANING: Pool maintenance is done on a weekly basis ( Thursday 10 a.m.-12:00 p.m.) - please ensure there is access to Pool Cage/Lanai area for pool cleaning to be completed. Please allow at least 30 minutes after pool cleaning before going into the pool.
POOL HEATING SYSTEM: Do not touch the pool heating system. Donât change the temperature that we set up. Usually itâs 83 degrees. The pomp and pool heating system are working only for a certan period of time, not 24/7. Itâs automatically starts working from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m. Please note spa temperature needs to be the same as the pool temperature.
Violations of the policy will result in a $500 penalty.
- LAWN MAINTENANCE: There is a service company that provides lawn maintenance/care at regular intervals. Every TUESDAY.
- SAFETY: The Host/Owner do not accept liability for any injury/accidents in or around the Pool and on the entire premises, during Guestsâ stay. Guests take full responsibility for their own safety and safety of entire party, including children. Guests are specifically instructed NOT to allow unsupervised children to use the Pool or to play out on the Lanai and around the Pool.
- BBQ GRILL: The BBQ is provided for your convenience. Guests shall dispose of any leftovers and clean the Grill after use/prior to departure.
- CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Before departure, bag all trash & place into garbage bins provided. Load dirty dishes and run the dishwasher. Clean the BBQ grill and remove all leftovers. Set Air Conditioner to 78°F. Close windows/blinds and lock all doors. Place garage door opener on the kitchen counter. We Thank You for your cooperation!
- GUESTS' RESPONSIBILITIES: By booking this property, you agree to follow and respect Listing Policies & Property Rules outlined herein and agree to accept full and personal liability for any/all injury, loss or damage caused during the occupancy of rental property and will fully cover all related repair and/or replacement costs.
- There are security cameras in the front of the house only for security purposes.
