Que vous souhaitiez ne rien faire ou tout le shebang en vacances, cet endroit est fait pour vous. Réveillez-vous avec un lever de soleil spectaculaire sur l'océan, savourez votre café du matin sur la terrasse de 50 pieds avec une vue magnifique sur la plage tout en surplombant Palace Playland. Commencez votre journée avec une séance d'entraînement dans le centre de remise en forme, un plongeon rafraîchissant dans la piscine intérieure, un renouvellement de l'esprit et du corps dans le sauna, une promenade sur la plage ou une baignade relaxante dans l'océan.

Ce magnifique condo, dans le Grand Victorian, Condo # 210, se trouve au cœur de la vieille plage historique Old Orchard et se trouve à quelques pas de la plage! Ce condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains comprend des sols en bois franc, une cuisine gastronomique bien équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, un énorme balcon de 50 pieds, un câble, 3 téléviseurs à écran plat, WI-Fi, air climatisé, une piscine intérieure, une salle de sport et plus! Handicapés accessibles et à proximité de l'ascenseur.

Passez la journée à bord de la planche de bord de la plage, construisez des châteaux de sable, pêche au surf ou enterrés dans un délicieux livre. Plus tard dans la journée, visitez le fameux Old Orchard Beach Pier pour les fruits de mer frais, les frites célèbres, les pizzas, la pâte frite, le maïs caramélique, les nouveautés et les amusements à l'ancienne. Le soir, les restaurants et la vie nocturne abondent, essayez votre chance à l'arcade et admirez les sites spectaculaires du haut de la Grande-Roue. Tout est juste devant votre porte. Si vous préférez vous aventurer, que diriez-vous de fabuleux achats à proximité du Maine Mall, ou à Kittery et à Freeport (prenez le train !!!), à seulement 45 minutes.

Great condo!

We will definitely stay here again during our next visit to OOB. The condo was very spacious and well equipped, we had everything we needed. The location cannot be beat - the condo is literally across the street from the amusement park and the property backs right up to the beach. The owners are lovely and we highly recommend it!

Amazing stay

We really appreciated our stay. The condo is spacious, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. We felt like at home. We liked to have breakfast and cocktails on the big deck. The communication with Debra and Larry was easy and fast. We will like to return.

Great Stay

My sister-in-law is in a wheelchair and my grandson is 10 months old and this was the perfect place. Everyone had room and the convince was perfect. I Recommend staying at this property.

This unit was everything advertised and much more! Beautiful large property. The balcony alone was worth the price. Large area to hang out and enjoy the weather, view and to just people watch. Condo has everything you could possible need. Location was perfect, just steps to the beach and park. Debbie was great to deal with and we are already talking about returning next year!

Gas Leak

It started out okay. The Condo was clean and well appointed. The pool was nice. The exercise room was locked and rendered non functional and the sauna was out of order. The general hallways were cold and had not been vacuumed in a while. There was rot in the doorway of the ladies restroom by the pool. However the 2nd day there, we had a gas leak. I wasn't sure what it was at first. My husband was out with the guys. I smelled a terrible smell in my son's bedroom off the living room . I had seen a CO detector in the hall. I took it into the bedroom, plugged it in, and the CO detector went above 70 at floor level. It was probably much higher had there been an outlet at the correct level. I called the owner, who called the manager, who called the fire department. They found gas in the bedroom. The problem was in the next condo with furniture pushed up against a vent. We were asked to leave the condo by the firemen. They told us the CO detector was not working properly. We put the children in a warm car. I had already been packing up in the event that we would need to leave. The fireman checked the room with a gas detector and registered gas. The firemen vented the condo and said it was okay to come back in. It was freezing in the condo. The room still smelled. The firemen said it would take a while for the smell to dissipate. It was nauseating. The firemen spent well over an hour there. They also offered to send us to the hospital to get checked out due to CO exposure. We decided the safest course was to leave. We packed up and left around 5:15PM. We let the owner know we were leaving. Most of this was done through text after my initial phone call to let her know there was a problem. She did not seem concerned for our welfare, but about cleaning the next day and minimized the whole experience. It was quite stressful for all of us, but considering the danger that we were put in, leaving was the wisest course for us. I would not recommend anyone rent from this property or any other in this building. I have concerns about safety. Working smoke and CO detectors save lives. This was scary!

First off let's start out with your initial communication to me. You were very concerned with it being cleaned before you booked it. I assured you it would be clean as we clean it ourselves and my husband even brought over a rug doctor to clean the rugs from the summer use just in case. As far as the exhaust leak you didn't contact me when it started happening. When you did contact me we had the fire department and the building manager there in 17 minutes. I was very concern for your well being and I said repeadly on the phone once you contacted me to get out of there if you smelled exhaust. When the fire department got there they remedied the issue and made sure it was safe for anyone to go back in. You told me you were leaving and I was going to refund some of your rental money until I found out you had a cat in the unit. The building manager was standing there when the fire department stated to you that they couldn't stay and look for your cat. So the text that I sent you about whether or not you had a cat in the building you just skirted the issue. So yes I had a sanitizing concern after you had left as the next renters coming in that day were highly allergic and so is my husband. So to recap. I am guessing you didn't want me to find the cat that you brought so there so you didn't contact me about the exhaust fumes from the next unit timely and then it was at a critical level. We were at the unit about a hour after you left to assess the situation as we live an hour away. What we found was there was a half inch of water on my countertops and one of my remotes for the tv was floating in the water. There was paint brushes and crayons all floating on the counter as well. 3 towels were ruined and I had to buy another remote as well. I refunded your entire security deposit even though these things are considered damage because you had to deal with the next unit over issue. Next time you rent with someone and there is an issue of any kind report it immediately. I don't think you can say anything about the response times. Also if there is a no pet policy respect it and if you don't then come clean with when asked about it .

Being off-season, it was quiet and relaxing. The complex and shops were mostly closed during the week, but the weekend was bustling.

I (Debbie) grew up in York Beach Maine and love beach side living. Larry grew up in Florida is an Army Veteran who is patriotic and very meticulous. We are both passionate about making your stay in our condo awesome. I commute to Boston from Rochester, NH and sometimes I will take the Amtrak to OOB from North Station. This is a great option if you are living in the Boston area and want to commute up for vacation. There is so much within walking distance (including the train) that the need for a car is minimal.

The condo is stunning and centrally located. My husband and I vacationed here for a few years and decided to buy this condo for the location and amenities. When we vacationed here, I think we moved the car only three times. There is so much to do or you can do nothing and just people watch from the deck with your feet up.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The views from the deck are splendid. There are 3 sets of doors out to the deck. One from the master bedroom, one from the living room and one from the 3rd bedroom. My favorite part of the day is early in the morning when the sun first comes up with my coffee curled up on the loveseat. It energizes me for the great day ahead. I have heard that a bad day at the beach is better than a good day at work. I agree with one difference. There is no such thing as a bad day at the beach!!! Come experience the energy of Old Orchard Beach.
