The home sleeps up to 6 guests and is in a prime location — just a 15-minute walk from Indiana University’s Assembly Hall and Memorial Stadium. Ideal for couples, visiting parents, alumni, and small groups, this Garden Level retreat features a private rear entrance, shaded patio, full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, parking for two vehicles, and a shared Level 2 EV charger.

"Stadium Stroll Garden Level" is the lower floor of a duplex. The private entrance is at the rear of the building and is accessed by paver stairs and a walkway. There is parking in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles. Level 2 EV charger upon request. Well mannered, quiet dogs considered, but prior approval is required and an additional cleaning fee will apply.

The home has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a well appointed kitchen. Dining room seats 4, plus 2 extra chairs provided. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable king size bed and 32” smart TV. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and a laundry area in the corner alcove. The living room has ample seating, a queen size sofa bed, and a 55” smart TV. Whether you are streaming the big game or working on your next big project, super fast 2 Gb WiFi has you covered. There is a shaded, private patio under the deck.

You may hear guests in the other unit "Stadium Stroll Main Level" on the floor above. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. Ear plugs are provided for your convenience.

There is no thermostat for this level of the duplex. House temperature will be set between 70-72 degrees. Fans and blankets are provided for your comfort.
