Great Condo!

We loved the location across the street from the beach and Doc’s. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. We would definitely stay again!

The rental was clean and tidy. The lanai was a wonderful retreat after a long day at the beach/pool. There is plenty of room in the walk-in closet to store your belongings and make it feel less cluttered. The bathroom was also nice-sized to accommodate two for the duration of the trip. The only drawback was the bed. If you like an EXTREMELY firm mattress (i.e., concrete) it would be perfect for your stay. That being said, the area is quiet and relaxing and would rent in the complex again for future trips.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beach is a short walk away. Everything we needed was provided; beach chairs, umbrella, and even beach towels. The community was so nice and not crowded. We loved our stay!

Perfect location for a beach vacation

The Condo was ideal for the 2 of us. It was comfortable with modern appliances and a kitchen that was well stocked with cooking and food prep items. The location could not have been better for beach access. We enjoyed breakfast at the on-site Cafe and the proximity of restaurants.

Great property. Only issue is we drove to the property and the check in instructions weren't e-mailed until the day before so we couldn't print it out.

Great Getaway!

This property has a fantastic location to beaches and restaurants. The condo was very clean, nicely updated and decorated. Bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all the things you need while away from home. Beach chairs, umbrellas and small coolers all there to use. Staying here definitely made our vacation easy and more relaxing!

Perfect place for Bonita Springs action. Across from the beach, close to Lover’ Key, and old downtown Bonita Springs. Place was clean and with beach chairs and umbrella. Well equipped to cook with screened in porch.

Bonita Beach Condo

Unit was clean and well maintained. Nice view. If I had to knit pick, a ceiling fan in the bedroom would be great to move the air and the leather chair needs replaced, leather is peeling of the back of chair. Overall, a very nice place.

Fantastic Location and Unit

The condo was perfect for a couple; clean, well stocked, comfortable and great location right across the street from the beach. The common areas are very outdated and not attractive to look at and the pools, tennis and pickle ball courts are still closed for renovations due to the last hurricane. However, still a great place to stay in Bonita Springs!

A Gem on Bonita Beach

This is a very nice condo on Bonita Beach. It is in the closest Bonita Beach and Tennis building to the beach. An easy walk across the road. The unit itself has everything you need to have a nice restful stay. It is modern and well equipped including two beach chairs, beach umbrella and towels. I really enjoyed staying in this unit.
