Please note this property is a duplex, so there are renters downstairs- A super lovely couple who are a delight if you come across them!

The two units are NOT connected in any way on the interior or exterior of the home.

You will have your own private driveway and parking, as well as private entry to both the front entry and back yard.

Please be mindful about pets you bring - The fence line is between the two units’ yards and there could be another dog on the other side of it.
