The private condo pool is managed by the building and not by the host. Pool availability may be seasonal and is not guaranteed to be open during your stay, as closures may occur due to maintenance, repairs, or end-of-season schedules. 🛠️📅

- Sheets for sofa beds are provided and left in the room with the couch (not provided for trundles or rollaway beds)

- Each guest receives 1 towel set (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth)

- A washer and dryer are available for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay

If financing options are displayed through VRBO or another booking platform, those programs are administered entirely by the third-party provider and are not supported by our reservation system. You will be asked to place a credit or debit card to process & confirm your reservation as the reservation would need to be paid in full 30 days before check in date.

Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book.



This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacation Rentals charges a $5,000 fine for smoking in the unit.



Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

We will make every effort to address and resolve the situation to the best of our ability. However, please understand that such natural occurrences or maintenance issues do not warrant refunds.
