Small celebrations and gatherings (up to 10 people) are welcome with prior approval and must follow all house rules to ensure a relaxing experience for everyone. No disruptive parties or loud gatherings are allowed. Maximum 10 guests total (including visitors) and Only registered guests may stay overnight.

We’re a pet-friendly house, we love furry guests just as much as human ones!
We welcome up to 2 pets max. 50lbs
If you’re bringing them along, please make sure they’re added to your reservation with the correct number of pets. We have a flat fee of just $75 for max 2 pets. We can consider dogs up to 50 lbs only, and they must be crate-trained. For the safety of the home, dogs cannot be left loose inside the house at any time.

Bedrooms
3 bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a TV, white bed lines, and thoughtful touches to help you unwind. The upstairs master suite boasts a cozy fireplace- California size bed -adding a special touch of warmth and relaxation. Ideal for a romantic night in.

2 full bathrooms stocked with fresh white towels and essentials
Pamper yourself in the walk-in shower with a soothing water massage in the spa-inspired bathroom or walk-in jacuzzi Tub for the adult to enjoy. Each bathroom is equipped with a modern bidet that offers warm water, a heated seat, and functions to clean and gently dry for your comfort and hygiene.

A large sectional couch available for one person sleep and an Air mattress queen size where two people can sleep(available for a group of 7+)
Note: We usually set up the air mattress for groups of 7+ guests. Since the sofa can also be used for sleeping, we prefer to leave the air mattress stored so you can enjoy a more open and comfortable living space during your stay.

• Relaxing heated Pool with Waterfall Feature and splash pad.,
Enjoy a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear pool, complete with a gentle waterfall and ambient lighting that transforms the space into a serene nighttime oasis. The pool is heated in the winter months, so you can enjoy a swim year-round! The heated system, hot temperatures, and waterfall feature naturally increase evaporation, which can lower the water level daily . We have recently installed an automatic pool filler system to maintain proper levels consistently.
Pool safety
Entrance to the pool is through the patio door and is equipped with an alarm.
An emergency floatation device is available as the pool has a deep end of 6ft+.and floating marker indicating where the deep of the pool start.

Important Property Details:
This property features a completely independent Studio with a separate, private entrance. There are no shared indoor spaces or amenities. The main residence, backyard, and pool area are fully private for main house guests.

Parking & EV Charging:
House guests enjoy a designated parking space, including an EV charger with a Tesla connection for added convenience. The driveway is shared: the left side (closest to the main house) is reserved for main house guests, and the right side (farther from the house) is designated for Studio guests. Additional street parking is also available if needed.
