La maison est située dans un quartier calme et souhaitable à distance de marche de Desert Breeze Park. ComplÚtement rénové de l'intérieur et de l'extérieur avec de nouveaux meubles et appareils. Intérieur chaleureux et invitant de plus de 2 400 pieds carrés. 4 chambres à coucher, 2. 5 salles de bains. La chambre principale a un roi de Californie, deux des chambres secondaires sont des reines et la 4Úme chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi un lit aéro dans le placard de la chambre du milieu. La maison a un ordinateur de bureau avec une combinaison imprimante / scanner, wifi, télévision dans toutes les chambres, Netflix, HBO, Showtime et bien plus de chaßnes! Backyard est une oasis de paradis avec piscine, cascade, chauffage, barbecue intégré et de nombreux siÚges dans toute la cour.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Very spacious bedrooms, and the kitchen is an entertainer's delight. The host is so welcoming and easily available with any questions. There is an Albertsons close by, and the drive into Las Vegas is easy and quick. We are hoping to return in the summer!

The house was perfect for our family as we explored Las Vegas. Very clean and well cared for. The furnishings were very comfortable. Bachelorette Weekend

We had 6 ladies fly in to celebrate a girlfriend who is getting married. We chose this property for the beautiful home & many amenities. The location is great because you’re about 15 mins from the strip and in a really nice area filled with good food & stores. Check in and out process was so easy and the home really is as beautiful as the pictures make it seem. There is an Albertson’s grocery store less than 2 miles away and it was so easy to instacart groceries there. We loved spending time cooking in the kitchen and enjoying the pool. Interaction with the host was quick and simple for any questions. 10/10

The property was listed incorrectly. Online it says 3678 Luminal Ln but it is in fact 3687. The pool was dirty upon arrival; Walmart bag in the pool along with a bunch of wood and dust and bugs. The trash bins were full completely; had to take it out to the curb. We never got a notification from either host about check in instructions; nor check out instructions. I had to reach out both times. We weren’t even aware that it was two hosts and only one of them were listed. Aside from these, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were enough beds and bathrooms for our big group, and the house itself wasn’t bad.

Not too old to have fun!

Group of 4 50 men came into Vegas to see Sammy Hagar's Best of All Worlds concert. We enjoyed the chilling out at the pool and grilling steaks for dinner. The property was clean and well stocked with supplies. Only negative was that the house numbers were transposed on the VBRO app, luckily the host sent a message with the correct house number. Also, previous guests did not take out the garbage so the huge can were overflowing.Overall a great property that's out of the way, but not too far from everything!

Great property!

We came to Vegas for the Eagles concert. This home was perfect for our stay. We had a small electrical problem, but it the electrician came and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Very happy with this property. Communication could have been a little better, but this is a great property!

Beautiful property

Great property and quiet neighborhood. Lots of items to be used in the kitchen. The pool and grill were a great addition. The home is beautifully decorated. Note that all the bedrooms are right next to each other. Communication prior and leading up to check could use major improvement, but once you're checked in then they are very responsive.

Nice Home!

Our family gathered from several states to celebrate a birthday! The location is convenient and there was plenty of space for all of us. The pool is very nice and private. Any questions we had were answered promptly by the host. I would recommend staying here!

Poor quality control and Slow reply

The house is in a great location with a quiet and safe neighborhood, but everything is a mess in this house. First, I don't know if the person who communicates with me is the host or the property management group ..... the reply is so slow. He/She/ They took nearly 20 hours to respond to each of my questions, so I can't fix or solve the housing issue when we want to use it. It's ok to take maybe a few hours to respond to me, but not 18 to 20 hours. It's already another day. Second, the house is filthy. When we first get into it, there are some used bowls, plates, and utensils with food on the table and cabinet. The towels the house provides are dirty, and we can even find some hair on them. Third, the house is broken. The window covering in the bedroom next to the second-floor toilet is missing some parts, so it cannot block the light from outside. The second-floor toilet's water tap is unstable; every time we try to use it, the whole tap moves. The fan in the bedroom in front of the second-floor toilet is noisy, and every time we turn on the fan, the light must be on, which means no light, no fan. So my friend can't turn on the fan when she sleeps. Fourth, the pool was dirty when we arrived because the running water system was not off. There were no instructions for using it or turning it on/off, so we had no pool to use.

Gorgeous Home

This home was just as you see in the pictures but even better in person. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors and awesome communication with the Host. We had a gathering to celebrate graduates from High School and College with family and friends. They really enjoyed themselves. The backyard was heavenly, with a big pool, Cabana area, barbecue pit, and lots of seating room. I would definitely rent this home again and if you haven’t yet, you don’t know what you’re missing.
