Cette villa joliment décorée dispose de deux chambres, deux salles de bains, une grande cuisine et un salon / salle à manger. La chambre principale a un lit queen, la deuxième chambre une paire de lits jumeaux et il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Le balcon de la salle de séjour a une vue de côté de l'océan sur la droite. Ocean Dunes est situé sur l'extrémité sud de l'île le long de South Forest Beach Drive et à une courte distance de Coligny Plaza et le Coligny Beach Park. Le complexe Ocean Dunes est une propriété en bord de mer qui se trouve à environ 70 mètres de l'océan. Chaque unité dans Ocean Dunes a un service Internet sans fil et l'accès à la "nouvelle" piscine en bord de mer et aire de pique-nique. En plus des piscines, nos clients bénéficient d'un service Internet sans fil gratuit et d'un accès au centre de remise en forme du Players Club, qui comprend un centre d'entraînement complet et une piscine intérieure chauffée. Vous aurez également accès au bar-grill Oceanside du Hilton et au Starbucks.

A five minute walk from our front door got us to the ocean and a variety of delicious food was close by. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great location, clean but could use updating

The overall facility was top-notch. The unit we rented was very clean and centrally located. The unit is in need of an update with better bedding and more modern decor. Sofa and chairs looked heavily used.

The place was adequate. We could see a tiny slice of the ocean from our balcony. Add misleading.

We expected to have access to the pools pictured in the add and we only had access to one pool in the back of the property that was a fairly small, plain 5 foot pool. The beds were comfortable and everything provided was adequate. Overall for the money, not impressed.

Great location for a no frills stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week at Ocean Dunes. The balcony overlooks the neighbor resort's pools. Was damp and musty when we first arrived but after opening the windows, sliding door, and turning off the a/c units, the dampness went away quickly. A few small maintenance issues that were taken care of quickly. If you're looking for a no frills place, this is it.

Great location

We picked this place due to the location and capacity that fit our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better location as the beach and pool are so close!!!! The place can use some refreshing. Stains on walls by the stove from cooking splatters , bathroom walls also stained from water condensation over time, sleeping pillows need to be replaced, door handle to balcony was falling off and patio door didn’t lock. Wifi was a struggle as it was cutting in and out the entire trip too. Should mention in the listing that laundry is coin operated and shared too. It’s fine, but we would have been more prepared with quarters had we known.

Convenient location

I’ll start by saying that the location is great. Gated parking was a plus. Walk to the beach was good. Pool was small but it worked. But I have to say the overall condition of this condo was not so good. The floors were dirty, mold on ceilings and walls. The walls are all streaked from the moisture. The kitchen is disgusting. All the receptacle's are all old and worn out. Your plugs won’t even stay in without just falling out. And there is basically no view of the beach. Your view will be a ping pong table at the Hilton next door. We made do but won’t be staying at this condo again.

Not a great view. Bedroom with twin beds very small and the lights above the beds did not work

Main bathroom fan very loud and something spattered on the wall by the sink. Toilet is right beside the wall had to sit sideways on the commode. Dishwasher falls forward when drawers pulled out. They do not supply toilet paper or paper towels or have a cleaning service while there. Pool was very dirty with bugs and was closed one day. One elevator for the whole complex of probably 50 units

Thank you for your review. We are checking the dishwasher issue and it appears it needs a bracket. We do supply toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap, garbage bags, etc. upon arrival. There is no addition cleaning service during your stay. The pool is cleaned on a daily basis and occasionally there is an accident and DHEC requires the pool be shocked and closed for 12 hours.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Dunes is a great condo on the beach. I have stayed there before and I have enjoyed the location. However, this stay www not as good. The unit was 204. And it was supposed to be an ocean view. I saw the ocean far off and above the trees. Our view was bad! It was next to a nice resort but the only view we had was a ping pong table. And having to listen to the other resorts guests play ping pong the entire time. So, it was not enjoyable at all. And this trip we had kids above us and they ran up and down the hall all night. After about 10pm they slowed down. Again, I hate to company. And this is a great property. But DO NOT get stuck in unit 204. Wasted a lot of money on this trip.

the first condo awful! they moved us to a great one!

the people who helped us in the office where wonderful!!! unfortunately the first condo was not what it was supposed to be, the air-conditioner in the twin room was not working, some other small things like the shower head, dishes were good but only one pan and it stuck everything. The second condo they moved us to was great! the view was wonderful, very easy to get to beach, restaurants, shopping. The pool was not very warm but it had rained for 36 straight hours. The office people were wonderful. we decided we would go back and stay here again.

We enjoyed the location of this property which was beachside. The listing said it had a view of the ocean. That was not really true. You had to lean way over the balcony rail to see the ocean. Also, a couple of the beds did not have clean linens when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans for cooking. And we did like the location.

Nice property,

I would definitely come here again but there was a broken towel rack in the master bath and the pots and pans were very old it was hard to cook with them, everything else was great!

The only issue we had was that the unit had recently been painted and the smell was overwhelming. This was a weekend to work on planning an upcoming event so we were inside the majority of the time. The weather was cold but we had no choice but to leave the doors and windows open. We called the rental company but were told there were no other units available. If the fumes had not been so bad it would have been an ideal place to stay.

We were lucky with the weather and the convention of our Icean Dynes condo made it even more pleasurable. Lovely unit very nicely decorated and equipped with everything to make our stay more enjoyable . Even though there are a lot of units at Icean Dunes it’s stull quiet & relaxing . We live the area for bike riding and closeness to Coligny. And as always VTHHI was so wonderful to work with. We’ll be back for Thanksgiving

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location to beach is excellent. Very disappointed with size of pool and poor upkeep. The picture shows a beautiful pool and cabana but those belong to the Hilton next door which requires a Hilton Keyfob to enter. Ocean dunes pool area is very small and ants are everywhere. The condo itself is very dated and cabinets came off hinges. Hallways smell like old must. I loved the location of the beach but that was where my admiration ended.
