Located in a quiet residential area of Johnson County, Kansas, just 10 minutes from downtown Kansas City. Close to parks, restaurants, grocery stores, and major Kansas City attractions including Arrowhead Stadium, Kauffman Stadium, and Country Club Plaza.
Guest Access:
The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is very walkable. Our home is located on tree lined streets of Fairwayâone of the most charming neighborhoods in metropolitan Kansas City.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible.Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet timesâ 10:00pm to 7:00am.
LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.
Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
PETS- This property welcomes well-behaved pets and their responsible owners. There is a pet fee per stay. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet.
The yard is fully fenced and the neighborhood is great for walks. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets.
Evidence of excessive pet waste or damage is subject to a fine.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stayâ we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless itâs necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
