Spectaculaire 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes Condo, magnifiquement décoré avec grand balcon montrant une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique et le lagon privé.

La chambre principale contient un lit king size, la deuxième chambre contient un lit queen size avec entrée privée, ainsi qu'un canapé-lit queen dans le salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée, 2 télévisions à écran plat (55 "et 49") avec câble et Internet ainsi que WiFi. Cette unité est livrée avec une place de parking privée à quelques pas de l'ascenseur pour un accès super facile à l'unité. Laveuse et sécheuse situé à seulement deux portes dans le couloir.

Asseyez-vous sur le balcon, détendez-vous avec un verre de votre vin préféré et regardez les dauphins et les lamantins au coucher du soleil ou parcourez le magnifique sentier de la nature!

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed a relaxing week watching dolphins and manatee from our 6th floor balcony, hanging out and swimming in the warm pool, and trying out the local restaurants. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Great place to stay for the holidays!

Great location and the place was great for my party (me and my fiance in our 40s and her parents in their 70s). Water in the unit went out briefly one morning but aside from that, no issues!

Total relaxation in Hudson, Florida

Great condo to relax with welcoming decor, tvs in bedrooms, great balcony for late night wine or morning coffee. Close to Wiki Watchee for kayaking, Dunedin and Tarpon for shopping, Sunwest for beach and water fun. Pool and amenities at the condo are awesome and we would definitely stay here again!!!

The lagoon

We had a really good time. Great views I would stay again. I saw dolphins in the lagoon. They have a really cool nature walk around the lagoon at the property. Great pool.

Nice quiet location on the water with plenty to do.

Frank was on top of things. Very quick replies to any of our questions. Condo has a nice pool and views from the balcony were great. We saw dolphins in the lagoon most of the days we were watching for them. I will definitely return.

Had such a geat time in this condo. The views were beautiful. We did get to see some dolphins. We enjoyed seeing the boats come by. The place had nice decor. and it was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The owner Frank was very nice to talk to. Would like to come back my next trip down.

Amazing Host

Amazing host! Great communication. An elderly family member had a special accommodation request that host was able to quickly provide, going above and beyond for us. AMAZING views from every angle. Assigned parking and condo very close to elevator made loading and unloading a breeze. Shopping carts available to help with luggage transport. Very quiet and beautiful building and grounds. Host had an array of menus that was very helpful. Beautiful sunset views. Everything great and would use again. Another huge thanks to our host Frank!

Beautiful place!

We have stayed in more than a dozen HomeAway homes in the past 3 years, and this place was among the top. Frank was so nice to work with, too. The condo is beautifully decorated and recently renovated. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Everything was very convenient - parking, elevators close-by, laundry facilities near, and attractions a short drive away. Although we didn't use the pool, the fitness center, or the pickle ball courts, they were very well-maintained. We did take the nature trail walk and enjoyed that very much. We spent many mornings and evenings out on the balcony watching dolphins, pelicans, and other wildlife while enjoying our coffee or wine. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we come back to Florida.

The rental unit was very nice and we had a beautiful view of the lagoon and gulf. We watched dolphins and matinees almost every day. Frank the owner was very attentive to our needs and responded to all our questions very promptly. It was a lovely way to shelter in place due to Covid19.

Wonderful Gulf Island Get Away

This was our second visit to this condo and it was just as fantastic as it was the first time. The accommodations are more than spectacular and the extras to do on the premises do not disappoint. Wonderful Condo on the water!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! The sunsets from the balcony are spectacular. It is beautifully furnished and comes equipped and stocked with everything you will need during your stay! Stayed at the condo for my nieces HS graduation. Frank was very receptive with questions I had and responded quickly. The condo is beautifully decorated with a beach theme and has everything you need for a getaway. the patio overlooks the lagoon with awesome sunsets and we enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. Amazing stay!

Reasonable pricing and cozy beds with an outstanding view of your own beautiful private lagoon. Waking up in the morning, brewing a fresh cup of coffee and looking out over the balcony quickly became a routine part of our spring getaway. There are plenty of wildlife to discover peering over the balcony into the lagoon. Manatees, dolphins, and schools of fish swim under the nature trail bridge dividing the dark expanse of ocean and the calm lake-like waters of the lagoon. The sun sets beautifully over the ocean right from our balcony. The location is perfect with Tampa, Clearwater, and Orlando all being in driving range. Our family vacations at Florida every year, and this is by far the best experience we’ve had with lodging. I would recommend it to even my closest friends and family. The owner is super responsive and friendly. It’s truly an amazing place to stay.

We have stayed at Gulf Island Beach & Tennis Club before and love the complex. This 2 bedroom condo is beautiful. Wonderful Gulf view from the balcony. Every thing is as advertised. Clean well equipped with everything we needed. Also having a indoor parking space near the elevator is a real plus. The owner is a very personable and quick to respond to any need or question. Would highly recommend staying here. Will rent again next time in the area.

Absolutely perfect in Hudson, FL

We enjoyed our stay on the Gulf and Florida didn’t disappoint. Our condo was perfect— we had everything we needed. Our host checked on us to ensure that things were to our liking and was very accommodating. The condo was gorgeous with a view that could not have been better.
