Un favori parmi les invités, notre condo est situé au coeur de la plage d'Avila et étapes pour réchauffer le sable blanc. Ce condominium studio de luxe est conçu sur mesure pour chaque confort, vitrines: un plan d'étage circulaire unique; vue sur l'océan depuis le privé wrap-around pont; entiÚrement équipé cuisine gastronomique; entrer dans la douche; laveuse / sécheuse; wifi / cùble; TV et plus encore à écran plat!

À quelques pas de la plage de sable, l'hĂŽtel Courtyard Ă  Avila, connue pour son primĂ© l'architecture avec l'ocĂ©an et de belles vues Ă  flanc de colline, est Ă©galement Ă  distance de marche des restaurants, des commerces et de l'aventure! La cour dispose d'une entrĂ©e privĂ©e fermĂ©e qui vous mĂšne dans une place de jeux d'eau, des sculptures d'art de la mer et l'accĂšs au parking sĂ©curisĂ©. Ce condo de luxe comprend 2 places de parking dans sĂ©curisĂ©, garage fermĂ© et est situĂ© au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, au-dessus du Avila Wine & Roasting Co. (San Miguel et First St).

Wonderful vacation in Avila

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have visited the Round House several time and always find it comfortable. The views are good and the deck is great for people watching and good views of the ocean. The kitchen is a good size with lots of space and the appliances are newer. A nice selection of pots, pans, kitchen objects and enough plates, glasses for two. The only two downsides is the low water pressure in the shower and the bed is against the wall/not moveable so the inside person needs to climb over to get out. Parking under is nice and has too spaces. Beach is half a block away, with a number of small shops and three restaurants. No grocery store, but a small deli with some items in town. The electric bike shop "Bolt about" is great and the are is great to explore. Near-by piers have lot of sea life, Sea Lions, Otters, and many Bird species.

Great view! Lot’s of stairs. VERY Uncomfortable bed, very small shower, loud road noise with produce trucks, landscaper made noise at 7am. Uncomfortable furniture and terrible host communication! Smaller than expected BUT AMAZING view 
 unit gets quite stuffy!

Relaxing Getaway

The place was a perfect size for the two of us and it has great access to the beach, shops, restaurants and hiking trails. Super quiet, yet in the middle of everything. Plus, only minutes to SLO, Pismo Beach, Montana de Oro State Park and others. Highly recommend this place!

Cute place!

This place was very cute and very comfortable! The beds were very comfortable and it was nice that they included beach towels and chairs! Being in a round condo was very unique and different. The long patio was fun for evening cocktails or morning coffee. The location is great as it is not even a block away from the ocean and you can see the beach from the condo. The large windows provide great sunlight into the space! Great stay!

25th Wedding Anniversary

Property was exactly as described. Check in/check out was easy breezy. Location is walking distance to EVERYTHING! If you, or anyone in your group has mobility issues, this rental is not for you as you need to access the front door/deck via the staircase on the side of the rental every time you leave and return. Beach chairs and towels provided. Kitchen appliances all new and top of the line. Keurig AND 12 cup drip coffee maker! Stocked with flatware, dishes, pots, pans & cooking utensils. If you don't bring your own food/munchies for a long term stay, there's no major market in town. Closest big grocery store is about a 15 minute drive. Cocktails for 6, dinner for 4, sleeping for 2!!!

Great time

Our stay was great. Our property manager was very helpful.we go to Avila beach at least 3 times a year. Always wanted to stay in the round unit. Got my wish & loved it. Our only problem we don’t do stairs very well. Give it s 5 star rating.

Awesome stay close to all the places we wanted to go. Right by the beach!

We had a great time! Beautiful clean property! Only negative was all of the trash trucks and delivery trucks that came early in the morning every weekday. Would still book for any upcoming trips! Everyone we dealt with was nice and checking in was easy! Thank you so much!

Great Beach Stay

Kitchen is great for two people and the setting is comfortable. Only issue is the bed, which is comfy, is set against a wall, so one person has to climb out. Great response from the office.
