Thank you for your review. I’m glad B147 Amelia Surf and Racquet had a nice oceanside view and was mostly quiet. I appreciate the feedback about the small, dark bathroom and the lack of beach towels for guests who fly in — I’ll share this with our team so we can look at improvements and stocking options. We hope to host you again.

The condo was small, but clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished with a balcony offering a beautiful ocean view, in a natural beach setting. The check in process was smooth but check out felt very pushy and rushed. A 10 am checkout seemed early for a vacation property. However, multiple emails urging us to be out before 10:00 to allow housekeeping to clean the condo and wanting an estimate of when we were leaving were very off-putting. It colored the overall experience and did not feel hospitable.

All good except for extended stay seating for meals was limited. Counter stools not usable since knees wouldn’t fit under counter. Dining table too small to hold dishes and bowls for two.

Great location.

Great view of the ocean and great location. Only recommendation would be to have a walkway ramp to the beach. The stairs were fine but if you have a beach cart or wagon it is a little difficult carrying down the steps.

Great location!

This condo is in the perfect location, and great for a small family. We loved the views from the living room and balcony, and the room had everything we needed! Only thing I would recommend would be upgrading sofa bed. Thank you for sharing your home with us. My kids and I enjoyed our stay very much.
