Overall: A generally enjoyable experience, but need a few things for 5 stars.House was very clean and offered great value for the price. It is centrally located for easy access to both the beach and the ballpark. Providing beach equipment and towels was a huge help, as we didn't have to bring them from home. The washer, dryer, hot tub, and pool were all clean and in great condition; we used the pool and tub extensively during our trip. Additionally, the grill was clean and came with plenty of propane—something that isn't always a given at a rental.Negatives: The login code was not easily understandable. The code provided included some extraneous numbers that weren't needed. We were able to figure it out quickly but it was odd they were included. The amenities provided weren't adequate for eight adults. One shower had very low pressure, and the hot water tended to run out after only three showers. In a four-bedroom house, the water heater needs to be larger.Furthermore, we were only provided with two trash bags, one roll of toilet paper, and one roll of paper towels. For eight adults staying five days, that is nowhere near enough. When we asked where more supplies were stored, we were told, "Feel free to purchase your own." Gee, thanks for the advice. These items aren't expensive, but having to make a special trip to Publix just for basic supplies was annoying, to say the least. Small improvements in these areas would significantly enhance the guest experience.

This was hands down one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had.From the moment we raised legitimate concerns, communication became a brick wall. Every response felt automated and empty. “We’ll check with our team” was repeated over and over with zero follow through. It honestly felt like arguing with a chatbot rather than dealing with a real property manager.Major issues included:‱ A hot tub that was visibly unsanitary, progressing from green water to dirty foam during our stay‱ A non functioning pool light‱ Paid amenities that were never usable‱ Absolutely no meaningful discussion or attempt at rate adjustment despite these problemsWe documented everything with photos and gave management ample opportunity to make things right. Nothing was resolved.To make matters worse, questions about the property itself were either ignored or answered with copy paste style responses that addressed nothing. No ownership. No accountability. No urgency.This property was misrepresented, and the lack of quality control is unacceptable. If you value your vacation time, money, or sanity, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.We will be providing Vrbo with the full message thread and documentation.Extremely disappointed.

The house was very clean, open floor plan, great location, screened in area around pool/patio was wonderful, ample parking, nice tvs, internet worked well, communication was available & kitchen had everything you needed. My only reasons for not giving it a perfect rating: the hot tub never was really hot & actually at times not even warm. The pool temperature was pretty cold- description doesn’t state it’s heated- so was expecting that-but had hoped after a full day of sun it would get warm, but it didn’t. And I know this sounds minor- but not enough paper towels and toilet paper was supplied. When I inquired- I was informed that the amount provided was all they were supplying. I’ve never has this issue at any other VROB- always an abundance. A little inconvenient to have to go to store our last night there to purchase them. Overall- enjoyed the stay & would stay again.
