Oceanfront living is on perfect display at this North Topsail Beach condo! When you aren't enjoying the direct beach access at your fingertips, check out the shared tennis courts, or nearby North Topsail Beach Town Park, Onslow County Parks: Stump Sound Park, and Shipwreck Point Golf.

Continued ocean views can be enjoyed from the cheerfully bright living room. When you aren't streaming your favorite TV show or movie from the comfort of the sofa, prepare your favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy your meals at the sizable breakfast bar or take it alfresco on the sunny balcony. Also inside, you'll have access to a shared laundry room, partial air-conditioning, and internet access.

For the price, this was a great place to stay! Plenty of towels and linens, bathroom was very clean. Peaceful location and incredible views- dolphins included.

Quick Trip

Nice condo. Enjoyed the deck. Bed was comfy, sheets & towels plentiful. Don't forget to bring your own corkscrew. If you have to contact VACASA, do so by phone & not text to get better service.

the parking lot was terrible as there were potholes and bumps. Would of been nice if there was a warning for the sand bags and the high tide right outside our balcony.

Very spartan

Very basic in offerings, internet did not work consistently, and no current beach access but it’s like you are on the beach when you open up the porch door and just listen to the waves.

The kitchen and bathroom were clean and modern. The carpet was pretty dirty and condo had a very moldy smell. AC units might have needed new filters. Pull out couch was broken and there was no hairdryer. ( both were listed as amenities)

Amazing water front

Decent place but there was very little beach due to the sandbags and crazy high water levels except for 4 hrs a day. But we found a place close by that we drove to and spent a day on the beach. The window AC unit was very loud that often made conversation and watching TV frustrating. The bedroom AC was much quieter. The view was amazing 24hrs/day.

Apartment smelled like mold as soon as we stepped in, and Vacasa did nothing to help: either to check the problem out while we were still there, or to help facilitate a resolution once we left. We did not stay in the property, since we felt like it was a safety concern. Fighting now just to get a contact & refund to discuss the situation after the fact.

You get what you pay for

Super cheap for a reason. Balcony is unusable due to rotting ac unit and broken furniture. Everything was decently clean except the sliding door that would hardly open because the track was so dirty. Fans were gross as well and every vent is rusted. Only gave us 4 towels for 3 people for 2 nights, 3 days. No additional sheets either. Called to get more and they seemed confused on how why we would want more towels and bedding so we gave up. The place itself looks like someone’s grandma’s condo with very old mixed matched furniture.

Clean house lots of towels and linens provided. I do wish there was pizza pans or some sheet pans available. Ocean literally right outside our balcony. Only downfall is you have to walk to the beach access you can’t access it with the steps they provide because how high the water comes up. We went to the free beach access a lot two mins down the road. Our bathroom door didn’t latch or lock but they were sending maintenance to fix it. They fixed our lock when it stopped working the same day. Other than that it’s a good quiet place where you can enjoy the sound of waves crashing and quiet mornings.
