Come stay at this dune cottage, located in a quiet area with beach access at end of the street. Enjoy sitting on the open deck and covered porch or sunning on the sundeck. You'll love being a short walk from the beach access, located at the end of the street. A desirable single-story layout presents four bedrooms all on one level. The well-equipped kitchen is open to the eight-seat dining table, while the comfortable living room sits adjacent. Sunflower has New Flooring, New Beds, and New Appliances. Extras include central heating and air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and cable TVs.

Second stay

We stayed at this house last year and it fit our needs perfectly. The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms is great and the close access to the beach along with the affordable price brought us back this year.

We enjoyed our trip to Holden but we didn’t find a washer and dryer as advertised. We also found a lot of the dishes in the cabinet to be dirty with leftover food from past visitors. The location was great and we enjoyed the quiet street.

Sunflower Stay

There was plenty of room for our family and we were especially pleased with the short walk to the beach. The few minor issues were a lack of a few kitchen items—we could have used an additional cookie sheet and the can opener didn’t work very well. We would stay at this property again.

Pretty good summer rental

It's a nice stay, but needs to be updated and renovated. All the decking has been redone, but the upper deck is not thereany more. The pictures are inaccurate.

House was great but not cleanliness

The house is beautiful and the layout is perfect but the cleanliness was not the best not even close we had to clean the bathrooms and the kitchen wash the sheets before we could sleep on them

wouldn’t recommend this house

sunflower stated in the description central air we arrived that had three window units so they were aware of the problem had to call multiple times to get it fixed two/three days fixing it people in and out of the house for days super inconvenient management never called back furniture is extremely outdated everything was dusty beds feel rocks dishwasher was nasty no driveway (grass)
