Located in a quiet community, ideal for resting. Just 5 minutes from the center of Gilbert and Top Golf, with proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, parks and more. Easy 10-minute ride to the main highways.'

Attached Suite - Civic Centre

Up to two guests. NO animals allowed. NO living room. NO smoking (outside only). NO access to the main suite or garage (garage is for owner’s use only).

Please note: while the other suite is attached, it is fully separated by walls and has its own independent entrance. The only shared area with other guests is the front porch for access.

General: Quiet hours 10 pm – 7 am. Registered guests only. Unauthorized visitors will incur fees. Our house is in a "locals" neighborhood, where a lot full time residents live and work. In efforts to respect our neighbors, we limit the number of cars to (1) left-side parking space for this suite and (2) right-side parking spaces for the adjacent suite, in our lower driveway. We also ask that you keep music and sound voices down while outside. Please avoid slamming the door. We suggest that you purchase travel insurance to cover yourself in case unforeseen changes arise.

Treat it like your home: No moving furniture, dispose of trash/recycling properly in side gate barrels.

Access: Smart lock entry. No access to garage or main suite. Driveway parking only.

Check-out: Leave linens/towels in laundry room. Late check-out must be approved in advance and fees apply.
