Cali N Tito's is about 2–3 miles (5–7 minutes) away and is a local favorite for casual Latin food. Even closer is Preacher Green's at about 1–2 miles (3–5 minutes), offering classic Southern comfort dishes. If you head a bit farther (around 4–5 miles, 10–12 minutes), you can reach The Place or The Table Bistro for a more sit-down experience, plus The Farmcart for a quick and popular breakfast spot.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement before your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days before check-in for a 100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
