*We can provide you with a tailgate set up at the house, complete with drinks, food, games plus transportation close to the stadium. (All upon request and signed separate contract.)
*Let us know how we can make this your best weekend ever in Athens, GA! We are local and experienced at maneuvering the complicated UGA game day scene. We want to provide help to make your game day as smooth as possible.
*Our home is located near a train track that runs a couple of times per day.

This is an amazing property and host! I had to cancel a reservation I had a hotel downtown the week prior after realizing that they would not allow my dog. Not only did they graciously welcome us and our four-legged buddy - this house was nearly half the cost and double the value. This house is very close to downtown but tucked away providing a lot of privacy. I will be booking again for game days to come! Thank you so much!!
