This stylish 3 bed, 2.5 bath home sits on Park Street in the heart of walkable Carlton Landing. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and spacious seating perfect for family meals or gathering with friends. The luxurious primary bathroom features a large soaker tub and relaxing steam shower. Take in neighborhood views from the second-story balcony or unwind with a book in the cozy screened-in porch. The fenced backyard adds privacy and convenience for kids to play or for enjoying outdoor time.
Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house, including all living spaces and outdoor areas. A few closets will be locked for owner storage and are not available for guest use.
Guests will be provided with easy, hassle-free self-check-in instructions as well as 24/7 support via phone, text, or messaging within our app. Whether youâre new to the area or just need help navigating our check-in process, we are here to help make your stay enjoyable and memorable!

Please note that you are visiting a lake and wooded area, surrounded by water and trees. While our homes receive routine professional pest control, itâs possible you may still see some exterior insects or spiders during your stay.
This is a natural part of the lake environment, and we do our best to minimize their presence both inside and outside the home.

**A $175 pet fee applies to all reservations with pets. All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation at the time of booking. This fee does not apply to service animals as defined by law.
***Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests who fail to vacate the property by 10:15 AM without prior approval will be charged $75 per hour for each additional hour they remain inside the home. This policy ensures we have sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests.
đ« Parking Rules-- Parking on the grass or along the street is strictly prohibited. Please use only designated parking areas for your vehicles. If you need additional parking, call to obtain a free parking permit for approved community parking areas (phone number is in the welcome message).
1- To protect the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors, and guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all pet waste. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated.
2- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am. (No parties/events)
3- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Any lingering odor of smoke or marijuana after checkout will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
4- For safety, the living room fireplace is not for guest use.
5-Please use caution when carrying luggage up and down the stairs to avoid damaging the stair treads and walls. Any damage to the stairs will result in additional repair fees.
6- Street parking in front of home only. Do not part along the side of the home (where the wooden fence is). For additional parking use the community parking areas.
