Moonpath Cottage Ă  Kibbe Point, emplacement, l'ultime escapade romantique

L'un des deux chalets sur la pointe de Kibbe Point, hĂ©ros du Sud qui est entourĂ© par les eaux du lac Champlain avec une vue de l'est. Son cottage soeur Heron Dance est accessible via une liste sĂ©parĂ©e sur le site HomeAway (# 242458). Moonpath se trouve au-dessus de l'eau avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes vertes du Vermont et plusieurs Ăźles privĂ©es. Aucune voiture ne passe car nous sommes la derniĂšre propriĂ©tĂ© sur une route privĂ©e sans issue. Moonpath est entourĂ© de 200 acres de prairies luxuriantes et 320 pieds de rive trĂšs privĂ©e. Exceptionnellement calme et la nature est tout autour de vous. C'est l'Ă©vasion ultime pour les types crĂ©atifs ou toute personne qui veut juste s'Ă©loigner de tout cela. Moonpath a une plate-forme privĂ©e au bord de l'eau ainsi qu'une autre terrasse adjacente attachĂ©e au chalet lui-mĂȘme. Moonpath est trĂšs charmant et est meublĂ© avec des antiquitĂ©s et des meubles confortables. Elle est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour votre sĂ©jour. 25 minutes au nord de Burlington; 90 minutes au sud de MontrĂ©al.

Idyllic getaway

This cabin is a true gem on one of the most gorgeous properties I have stayed. The multiple views of Lake Champlain from the cabin, the patio, and the lakefront itself are stunning, and the experience at this property is the height of beauty and tranquility. The owners have put so much love into creating this oasis, I will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay at Moonpath cottage

What a peaceful and tranquil location! We enjoyed listening to the birds and water lapping the shore. The deck was amazing with its view of Lake Champlain and its cool breezes. Jan and Sue were fantastic and responsive hosts. The cottage had everything we needed and was neat as a pin! We plan on returning soon!

More than we could have hoped for. Breath taking views. Quiet area. Wildlife abundant. Overall, this was the best place we have ever stayed at while vacationing for a week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our escape from the world when we spent a week at this charming, hyper cozy cottage. The owners were gracious and never bothered us. We saw almost no human lifeforms except for when we went to town for food and the most delicious cinnamon rolls we've ever been fortunate enough to consume. The best way to view this place is as a comfy hideout. It is small for sure, so don't bring your whole rugby team; for the two of us and our small dog, it was perfect. It has everything you'll need for a week and shopping isn't far away, although sometimes this means buying your groceries at a gas station. We would suggest avoiding gas station steaks. Burlington is not far away, but for us that meant re-entering civilization. This struck us as an unappealing option compared to reading a good book while glancing occasionally at beautiful Lake Champlain.

Magical escape

This hidden gem tucked away from the world put me under its spell at first look. The coziest cottage I've ever stayed at. The love and care of the owner is evidenced by the decor. Spent a majority of time on the upper deck. I'm a nature lover so I was delighted by the bird song and bunny. At dusk, we had our nightly visit in the meadow by beautiful deer. We will return and again enjoy a peaceful retreat from the world.

This was a spur of the moment, 34th anniversary combined with visiting our 2 grown VT sons. The picture here is perfect & we miss it already! We were greeted warmly, lots of informative brochures, our dog, Dusty, loved it so much! Lots of chipmunks & squirrels! The sound of the water lapping the shore, birds chirping, our weather was great for the time of the year. We would come back in a minute! Thank you so much for sharing your slice of heaven with us! Paradise

We wanted a COOL place to spend some quiet time since we deal with extreme heat in Texas. Not only was the weather perfect but Moonpath exceeded all our expectations. We had everything there we could ever want. The decks are wonderful ... two of them! We spent a lot of time on the decks and gave up a lot of visits to the area simply because the beauty and serenity at Moonpath and the lake was all we needed (or wanted). Beautifully decorated and so many books to read, and we read plenty while there! We met Jan and she is a joy to talk to ... like a friend I already knew!

A magical place!

Great time at Moonpath Cottage

We had a great week at this delightful, comfortable cottage right on the beautiful shore of Lake Champlain. It is quiet and secluded but close enough to local businesses and major roads that it was a wonderful base for a week of exploring, eating out, shopping and all-around enjoyment. Jan and Sue were ideal hosts. They were helpful and friendly but gave us complete privacy so we could relax and recharge. We would happily stay here again!

Relaxing Retreat

Moonpath is a perfect place for a couple's retreat. Quiet, secluded location with stunning sunrise views across Lake Champlain. The lower deck is a great place for your morning coffee or tea and to just sit and watch the lake traffic. Cottage is cozy and has everything needed for a relaxing week.

Peaceful Bliss!

The moment I stepped onto the deck and then through the front door, I knew my week's vacation would be the most relaxing and rejuvenating one I'd taken in some time. A calm breeze, lapping waves and crickets were my companions. Walking down to the water and watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee and my pup made for a perfect start to the day. Heaven!!

We cannot say enough about this property! It was one of the best trips we have taken. The peace and tranquility is just what we needed and Moonpath did not disappoint!! A little piece of heaven; we spent the whole time on the lower deck and we can't wait to go back! See you next summer (if not earlier!!) The cottage is very clean and the grounds are well kept. Moonpath Cottage

This is our second stay at Moonpath Cottage. The serenity and beauty of its setting is what attracts us. What struck me the first time we stayed was and is the peacefulness of the cottage and surroundings. Try not to miss sunrise on the lake as well as moonrise that reflects a path of light across the lake. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals featuring abundant local produce. We enjoyed visiting orchards and farm stands in October. The weather was ideal.

Little piece of heaven

We absolutely loved every minute we spent in this adorable little cottage. The location was absolutely gorgeous and the neighborhood was private and peaceful. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. We couldnt have had a more relaxing mini vacation. Jan and Sue were so pleasant and helpful and we hope to make it back again in the near future!

Wonderful retreat!

Couldn't believe how quiet it was! Very peaceful place to relax by the water. Some great places to eat in town as well. Our dog loved playing in the lake and watching the boats go by.
