Southern Seaclusion is a spotless, fully equipped beach home designed for families who don't want to compromise. The open-concept main living area is bright and airy, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable seating, and everything you need from day one — no hunting for a corkscrew or an extra towel.

A private in-home elevator makes every floor accessible for grandparents, guests with mobility needs, or anyone hauling a week's worth of beach gear and groceries up from the car. The fenced backyard gives little ones (and adults) space to unwind after the beach, with a fire pit for evening s'mores and a private outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before coming inside.

Bedrooms & Sleeping

The home sleeps 7 across 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, giving families and groups the space to spread out comfortably. Each room is set up with the same care as the rest of the house — fresh linens, good lighting, and real storage space.

Getting to the Beach

The beach is an easy half-mile away — a quick walk, a short bike ride, or a 2-minute drive. Oak Island's beaches are uncrowded, free of charge, and genuinely beautiful. No parking fees, no chaos, no tourist traps.

The absolute best home and just we’ve ever dealt with. My husband and father are both disabled. Upon arrival, the needed elevator was not working properly. Although it was late Thursday when we checked in, the home owner was on it immediately and had someone out to fix it past business hours. It was something beyond their control…. A squirrel ate through the wires. I was so impressed and thankful that it took priority and was immediately fixed. The home was immaculate and so many extras were available…. Beach towels, a welcome basket with handwritten note, coffee, washer/dryer, more pots, pans, silverware, and dishes than we have in our personal home. An extra touch that I loved was the fact that they went though the trouble to label every light switch in the home. I highly recommend!
